The WORST dispensary in the state of Maryland. Their hours of operation say 930 but they lock their dies at 9. If you lock your doors at 9 and have a sign that says you lock the doors at 9 then you don't close at 930 YOU CLOSE AT 9!! Imagine how pissed I was arriving for my pre order at 902 and the door is locked. This is the most bogus dispensary I've ever been to. Not to mention the last time I had to go to this one due to being at great wolf lodge, the line was slow af, and there was no order on how they called the next person. I stopped shopping here for a year and a half and spent my entire monthly allotment month after month at other dispensaries in Harford County because I decided enough was enough... I couldn't take the incessantly long waits for medical patients and recreational customers as well as the high prices anymore. Well, I decided to give NCW a try ONLY because it's so much closer to my home and 25% off vapes on tuesdays is pretty good. Not as good for the adult use customers though, they get 30%!?!!! AU getting a better discount than medical? I have NEVER seen that, and it's a disgrace. As others have stated... I've also been in dispensaries across America and have never experienced a waiting room situation like this. They're so happy to have angry people sitting down on those awful benches who get all sorts of pissed off because of the wait then they see medical patients go in before them and they become irate. The waiting room is such a horrible place to be, why continue to do it this way? In a state where drive thrus and medical only lanes are common, why do you continue to do the absolute bare minimum? Used to frequent but prices are much higher if you do some comparison elsewhere. Not to mention one of the only places that allows tipping (suspect to be given to higher ups and not to budtenders) and there is pressure to upsell you. Also the longest wait time of any dispensary in the area. Union busting is why I will not be going there ever again and I recommend you don't either. read more

They are very professional the office people check you in out front you must provide an ID and a release form but after that, you just check in each time. They offer a highroller discount after $200. All of their employees are super knowledgeable and everything in the shop is marked with the information on the ingredients and levels of everything. They have a nice section of clothing and great selection of odor hiding bags. They truly care about you at natures care wellness and they are here to help you with your smoking and medicinal needs. My mom loves the 10 mg chocolates and almost all the low mg edibles. They really care about your needs and your medical condition. They will find you the best item to help your condition. She had run out of her medicine and stopped at ncw Perryville on 02/22/2023 for what was labeled a 7g bag of untrimmed flower . She was charged more then the online advertised priced and was then sold this mislabeled bag of trim and stems. Ok... So I used them for the first time recently because of covid, and they deliver ANYWHERE in MD for FREE!!! So I thought I'd give them a try. I spoke with Hannah who I like alot.... And I purchased 3 eighths of flower - all different kinds. Later in the day I called back and decided that I didnt need all three (as the total came to over $160.00... One eighth was $70.00) and so I had them drop one. So when it got here, Billy greeted me and was very friendly and professional. He handed me my bag, I paid him, we chatted for a couple minutes, and he rolled out. I take it to my space, do a couple micro tasks, and open up the bag. I got the expensive one per my order, but the other one was the strain that I wanted them to drop, and obviously I didn't get the one strain that I ordered. I was like FUUUUU**!!! So I call Billy, but he's too far away to return (it was only like 5 or so minutes later), but all he would have been able to do would be to take it back with him and deliver the correct one the next day or whatever. He tells me to call the store... So I do. *Aside* Billy's SUPER helpful and cool. TIP YOUR DELIVERY TENDERS/MEISTERS!!! Writing this review, I realize I didn't get the name of the girl who answered the phone, but she knew it was me when she picked up. (She obviously just got off the phone with Billy... Or got a text...) So she told me that the strains I chose were really good and that she could do an exchange the next day (as I'm not in the "same day" zone). She also enticed me with an offer for $20.00 off of my next purchase... (And since they deliver for free, they're my new go to). So I just went for that. She was super friendly on the phone too... So they're all battin' 1000. Yeah, they made a mistake, but they more than made up for it.... Cause you're right Hannah.... Mismanaged. I've had Orders pulled and delivered wrong, an order delivered with the wrong quantity. Another driver Tried to Deliver my order to the my neighbors house. On another order driver called at 3:40 pm. "I'm 40 min out". Call NCW at 5:10pm to ask where driver was. 5:40pm. NCW "Driver Stuck on Bay Bridge". I'm an hour away from the Bridge. Then driver cancels deliver and go back to NCW. Passing my house in the process . Spoke with manager was promised early next day delivery. I guess 5pm is early. should of saved the headache and went to Ashes and Embers. read more

Yesterday I called this dispensary trying to find out their delivery process and what to expect, the woman that I spoke to made is seem like it was the easiest thing since sliced bread, she assured me that they're always on the road, fast delivery, just an overall good business. I listened to her and decided to place an order because it was before 12 and I wanted the PROMISED same day delivery that obviously drew me to this establishment. After waiting 3 hours I received a call from Sarah who says she is the manager telling me that "they can deliver my flower tomorrow morning but they can't do it today because they don't have a driver for Parkville". Uhm, excuse me? It took 3 hours to realize that you're short staffed for the day? If you knew what drivers were working today why was this not sorted out at 8am when the drivers hit the road? Not only do they have 3 Indicas, they cancel appointments with no warning, no alternatives, just we'll get to you when we get to you. Sarah's attitude through it all was disgusting and she was very nonchalant and unfazed; the tone in for voice was almost as if she wanted to say take it or leave it. $170 worth of weed and you can't make a trip to Towson/Parkville? Save yourself the headache and just go to the dispensary if you're physically able. This establishment feels more like you're ordering from the local weed guy instead of placing an order for your medicine that is prescribed. Modern look inside. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Free delivery which I've used without issue. The staff really know their stuff and make great recommendations for what you're looking to accomplish via cannabis. The reasons I didn't give them five stars: update/improve the online menu. When you visit the dispensary they have tons of stuff they don't put on the website. This has driven me to other dispensaries that have extensive online menus that provide all lab results. I like to be able to see the labs so I can choose the best strain for me (I know what works). Without that information you're in the dark and have to go to the dispensary in person. One last thing: sometimes it feels like you're being rushed with certain strains/brands being suggested without much discussion about your symptoms. It's odd. If they fix the online menu and add their inventory and labs, they'll increase revenue. Regarding the diatribe left below, dude's experience, while a bummer, isn't the norm.
