Also giving a customer a display vape that the employee just put their hands all over the mouth piece and never offered to clean it seems pretty unsanitary. Who knows how many people touched that! I had to take a display because the employee spent a whole 60 seconds looking for one in a box because he wanted to sit back down! Laziness at its finest right there! I won't be going back to this place, I don't recommended if you value your time and money!

Today I bring it in, because coil/tip keeps the majority of "wax" in in the coil area and not where it should and supposed to be....in my lungs. NOT happening. And apparently "this" is NOT considered a mechanical issue???? The coil part of item.....is part of the mechanics! Its THE PART. He was quick to wanna sell me something else to make first item I purchased, basically to work. This in my opinion, is called bullshit and thievery.
