I called them today when another business messed up my order and wasn't going to get anything delivered in time for my friends retirement. I spoke to a gal at the Red Geranium at 12:15pm hoping they could help with a last-minute order. They had flowers to my friend by 1pm so she'd get them before the end of her last day as a local teacher. The arrangement had all of my friends favorite flowers, just as I had asked.
