A snotty woman came back with this, "it's either this inability to buy, or they would have to shut down for two weeks." What retail establishment in this day and age turns away possible customers??? We left this store with ZERO plans to return. Bottom line: there are many stores to stock up on Christmas decor, don't bother with Suite 52, unless you want to shop in the fray of an Open House!

They have decked the halls for the holidays. Very festive. I love the holiday season and love visiting places that help me get in the holiday spirit. The sales ladies are friendly and helpful. If you are trying to find a gift for someone, they are eager to assist with recommendations. That is a plus when your brain is exhausted from trying to decide on the perfect gift for the people on your list. Fa la la la la.... ;)

When I asked for a price adjustment or exchange--well within the 14-day policy--I was refused. An employee took my items to the back, gave me a gift card and did not even put my name on it and told me, "We are not selling them to you." I was denied my discount, denied an exchange, and treated extremely poorly. Pamela who helped me had the worst attitude and said this was a private sale. How can it be private if there is a large banner on the building OPEN HOUSE!! They STOLED MY MONEY!! My credit card company was shocked and disgusted at Pamelas attitude.
