They replaced those beams with 8"x8" beams which leveled out our deck before anything catastrophic happened. Perfect job. Then we had them finish 3 unfinished rooms in our cellar. They sheet rocked the walls and ceiling and painted and put up mouldings and installed flooring. This looks beautiful and has really added value to our home. He came out twice to look over the project and assured me we would receive the estimates by January 6th. The 6th then turned into the 11th, which then turned into the 14th, until Mr. Snow completely stopped responding. I tried reaching out to him again on February 19th which he apologized for the issues previously, but said he would work on the estimates now. No communication since that time so I reached out again and was able to get him on the phone, but he hung up. I've tried calling and texting again but no response. We want to have him renovate the bathrooms, but we have been waiting for two and a half months at this point and cannot continue to be strung along.
