Apparently not everyone has access to American Modern, and the deductibles, etc. are much more in my favor. He said there are few companies that offer earthquake insurance, and anyone who has access to American Modern should take it. Several years passed and this spring, we did have such a leak, close to the water meter. We hired Wolcott to fix the problem and in doing so,they took photos, etc to fully document the break. State Farm promptly processed our claim, handling everything to our satisfaction. Thank you State Farm!
