Apparently not everyone has access to American Modern, and the deductibles, etc. are much more in my favor. He said there are few companies that offer earthquake insurance, and anyone who has access to American Modern should take it. I very much appreciate his honesty and would definitely look to Ernie Smith again if I needed more insurance.
