Backstory. I am a business owner. I have been self-employed for the past 14 years or so. Look my company up (National Endeavors Inc) you'll find I am well experienced, I've built companies into revenues of over 8 million a year consistently for over 9 years well into the millions. Being honest with you the pandemic has been some of the hardest years of my life, I've lost so much. We had 7 offices that we had closed. I am on my way building back up. I am also a family man my wife and I have been together for almost 10 years, with 7 children. The reason I mentioned that long bio is to give an understanding of my experience and my experience with dealing with corporations and people in general. Dealing with the Craig D Davis agency has been one of my worst experiences of my life, changing from AAA was a dire mistake, I've had AAA most of my life and to be honest I've always been treated exceptionally well by them. But unfortunately, I needed to reduce overhead everywhere I can., that was a costly mistake. My history Unfortunately, I'm no stranger to auto insurance claims, but fyi none of these claims were ever my fault. I have a clean driving record. Each one of my claims have been delt with, with the upmost professionalism and integrity, with AAA I was always put into a rental car the day after incident. One of those times was for a much longer than normal extended period., without any issue. MY EXPERIENCE WITH Farmers Insurance - Craig D. Davis well... where do I start LMAO!! I am sorry I am sick to my stomach with these people. But I'm sure you heard you get what you pay for. These people took several weeks to get me in a rental. Again, I'm not making the money I use to. I can't afford to go rent on my own right now. So I've lost all that time of not being able to go to work. I only have 2 cars. My wife needs her car for her almost daily doctors' appointments and kids for school. My wife is fully disabled in a wheelchair suffering from MD muscular dystrophy, the worst kind by the way. I've reminded Craig's agency about this several times., they didn't care at all, not that I need them to feel bad for me. All that I have ever asked was for them to do their job and do what we pay for. They don't care about there customers at all! These people are absolutely rude! The most unorganized company and people I have ever delt with... -So than I finally get into a rental car and after 2 weeks of having it they want it back. They say I am maxed out supposedly. From what I understand and from my experience of dealing with claims if you are not the responsible party of damages, there is no limit on rental time. Let me also note here the first representative Melissa A. that I was initially dealing with was fully aware of the situation of the cars auto drive system which crashed the vehicle and she said" great that she was on top of everything and that she was pursuing Honda for damages and that I would not be responsible for deductible etc. that I was in good hands. After that call she ghosted me and I never spoke with her again, she never answered any of my calls or texts and her supervisor was also ignoring me Johnathan. It took approximately a week or so give or take before I found out why no one was replying to me, the reason i was told was because she was scared of being yelled at weird, I don't know where that came from not from me because I have talked very polite with everyone, and I get treated horribly., then I was told it was because she didn't have experience. Such an awkward situation to be dealing with an agency Farmers Insurance - Craig D. Davis About my accident I have a 2020 Honda pilot with all that smart technology that sometimes does more harm than good. The car auto sensing technology crashed me into a random curve, destroying drivetrain and airbags went off as well. This accident tore my back up more and I've had headaches ever since. Do you think Craig cares? I'll tell you he doesn't. My injuries are the least of my worries right now. I have a family to provide for. I am the only one that works. And Craig is taking away my rental. My Honda won't be repaired for at least another 3-4 weeks maybe more. I have been under the impression the entire time of this that I was going to be good on rental. Mellissa A. the original rep that i had made me feel as if everything was taken care of or as if I was in good hands. No wait that would've been Allstate but anyways she had told me she was pursuing Honda for all damages and that i would not be responsible for damages or deductible. I just found out yesterday evening than none of that was true by the new agent- (Joseph) that took over the claim. He had no idea about any of this. But yet I have been in communication with him as well for a couple weeks. I have no idea read more

I have been a loyal customer for the past 20 years, for all my insurance needs. They go above and beyond to make sure we are properly covered without hitting hard in our pocketbook. If I ever have a question, I don't get automated systems or have to leave multiple messages. Someone is always there to promptly answer my call and assist me. Most importantly when I had to file a claim, they did not just send me off to the claims department, they followed up with me and made sure all my questions were answered, always pointing me in the right direction to get results.
