I called for a quote on homeowner's insurance. The person on the other end of the line took detailed information from me and told me I would receive a call from an agent the next day. After a couple days passed, I called to check on the status of the quote. I was told the agent assigned to my matter was at lunch but that I would receive a call back. I never did; it's been several more days and it appears I have been ghosted. I was able to get help from Deanne Carlson Insurance, so if you're in the same boat you can try them. *Update in response to John's response below. I was never informed that they had shopped around for a policy and were unsuccessful. I never spoke with John. No one ever called me back; there were no updates at all. So perhaps they just do not call people to let them know if they are unsuccessful in finding them coverage. read more

Fast and good quote for my homeowners insurance when I couldn't continue with my prior insurance.

I purchased a very small policy with Carver insurance in 2020. When it came time for renewal, they reached out to me. A few things had changed with my insurance needs, and they went WAY out of their way to help me find the policy that was right for me. Not only did it save me a significant amount of money, but it had to have reduced their (already I'm sure very small) commission. Then I mentioned that I had another policy with the same company, help by a different broker, and Carver once again went WAY out of their way to help me try to get a multi-policy discount. This was all clearly done on the basis of providing exceptional customer service, considering the multi-policy discount offered no additional commission and actually would've reduced the primary commission. Overall it was an exceptional experience, and I cannot recommend Carver Insurance highly enough! read more

I have been with Carver Insurance since about 2004 - 2005. The women who work here really do a great job at finding you the best rates possible. I remember the first time I went to their office in Murrieta (old location). I was referred by another insurance company. Diana, Lorena, and Chandra were the most welcoming, smiling faces one could ask for. Chandra handled everything in the beginning for me and she was great. She eventually moved on to other things . Lorena is super cool and for the longest time was my agent and now friend. Diana the founder and the constant positive attitude, always took care of anything I needed and has since turned into a great friend! It felt good walking into their office, or talking on the phoneto discuss any concerns I may have had. They were ready to make adjustments that fit my needs, and budget! On top of that, I was made to feel appreciated as a customer and person. From then on I knew they were the perfect fit. Always asking how my family and I are doing, smiley faces on mail correspondence about my policies, reviewing my policies near renewal to see if there are more advantageous pricing and coverage available elsewhere or even with same company. My most recent interactions have been via the phone with Melody, and there is no slack in the customer service I have been spoiled with in the past. They actually know their clients on a name basis, not just a policy # like any typical insurance company whom you solely 'deal with' over the phone by calling a toll-free # and navigate through various prompts. Let me begin with saying that I have been with Carver Insurance for well over 15 yrs I have my homeowners insurance and my entire family's auto policy's through this company. I am very disappointed and quite shocked to say Diana owner has shown my reward today and how much my business really means to her. As a business person it was very hard to see the lack of willingness to take responsibility for her office actions. Thus being said I have made a final decision today only provoked by her lack of willingness to take care of a long time good customer Yes over $70.00 sorry I really could of figured since it was their fault she could have taken responsibility But no. That's ok I know a lot of people. I will in no way recommend this company Carver Insurance I have been on auto pay for quite some time. I had an issue with my bank. I immediately contacted Carver Insurance I spoke to Melody. I explained that I would be calling in to make my payments until I get a new account set up and to Stop the auto pay. Well sure enough this month Mercury Insurance tried to pull money from my account twice. To no avail. No surprise. So I call Carver Insurance spoke to John he says yes I see the notes from Melody looks like an error on our part. I said we'll let Diana know I need reimbursement for the $70.00 for bank charges. Today Diana owner call me and told me she did not see such notes and no one said any of this so I'm out of luck she will only cover $20.00 for the Mercury Insurance charge That's it. I said you got to be kidding. I mean this was your error. She had nothing more to say. I mean this is really pathetic as a business person it's actions like this that don't go in punished. Really not even like ok how about I even cover $40.00 of the $70. I mean just a little something some effort like I have a good long term customer here and that's it. I'm really dissatisfied and quite shocked. It's amazing she doesn't have more bad reviews I know most people won't take the time out of there Day. So Please Beware. read more

I buy insurance from Diana Carver for 6 years. So you know I KNOW her and her firm. Her secretary/assistant is polite sometimes, but Diana Carver will NOT spend time to speak to me. During our phone call, she would pick up others call THREE times. And this happen OFTEN. I am on hold OFTEN. She is also very inpatient when answering questions. She is an unhappy person. For example, if I ask same question 2nd time, she will be abrupt, saying: "Madam, I told you..." I am just scared.
