Not only that but you won't find a team better than this one in Memphis! Last weekend our brand new car was broken into... we had 2 windows busted out and the back seat damaged. The frustration that comes with being the victim of a robbery/break-in is beyond words. We worked so hard to buy a new vehicle just to have someone selfishly destroy it for little to no gain for them. The morning after it happened, I seriously felt NO sense of security. Calling State Farm (specifically talking to Wendy) was the BEST thing that happened to us all week. She took care of the claim immediately without me lifting a finger, and TRULY CARED about us. Not only that but she went above and beyond by doing research for me even after the filing the claim. My wallet was stolen in the incident, and that meant no drivers license to get a rental car. At least 10 other people came in with similar complaints and they refused to put a sign on the atm, letting people know of this issue.
