I saw a flier for Fox Reliable Insurance in my park's newsletter. They had some decent prices for…read morePark Model insurance. I called a got a quote from a man named Luke on March 5th. I received a quote back that same day and it was good. So far, so good. I wanted to see how much the premium would be if I raised the coverage amount by 10K, so I sent an email. After three days and no response I called two days in a row and left a message for Luke and never got a call back. I then called several days in a row and either got a recorded message instructing me to leave a message or on several of my calls, I simply got hung up on. I finally reached a rep on 03/19 and she was nice but said they have been busy and sometimes they can't answer the phone or return calls. She also said Luke works with auto insurance and that's why he didn't return my calls. I asked why he didn't tell me that in the first place. I only do business with companies who offer average or above average customer service. Fox Reliable's customer service is well below average. Bill K.
