Plus, when you do have have questions/issues, you'll rarely find Linda or the staff available during posted business hours. Just a few of my interactions... 1) I called and asked for information (inquiry only) to later find they actually changed the terms of my policy; 2) requested a change of address, which was confirmed in writing by SF, and was later changed back by the agent's office; 3) adjusted my policy based on life events and the amount I was quoted lasted exactly one payment cycle. Because, apparently, the staff screwed up the paperwork. Just save yourself the headaches and find someone else.
