I visited MACU to explain my situation and they said it would be no problem replacing the card. No fee was ever mentioned being that I was a long-time customer and a senior. After business hours they charged my Visa $5.00 for the replacement card. What gives MACU the right to place an unauthorized charge on my Visa. If I would have opened a new account they would have given me $100. This is how they treat their existing customers. They're becoming just like Wells Fargo!

I sent it over & it was confirmed that I was good to go. 2 months later, I find out my auto insurance was canceled because the paperwork wasn't provided to the auto insurance company. I called & my agent and she informed me she needed additional paperwork (that she had never requested before and was extremely vague as to what it was) I got it reinstated but my monthly rate went up and I had to pay a reinstatement fee even though this was all on poulton for incorrectly confirming with me that I was all set & not sending over the paperwork. Additionally, I was driving around for TWO MONTHS without coverage unbeknownst to me! Poulton could have cared less that they messed it up and said it was all on me when I requested them to pay for the additional costs. This is just ONE of the multiple horrible experiences I've had with them, I couldn't cancel my coverage soon enough. I have essentially done their job for them the entire time. Worst experience ever.
