Our first meeting, she told me I specifically told her not to transfer all of my state farm policies. My husband had spoken to the office but I never had. She still tried to convince me that we had spoke and I asked her to split my policies between two state farm agents. We recently had an accident and the only helpful thing to come from this office is the phone number to claims. She won't let us talk to the agent and 'I don't know' is her go to response. The agent may be ok but in 4 years I've never been allowed to meet or speak with him.
