So we are all assessing what we should cut back on and we assume that a switch in Insurance coverage should be automatic, no drama, not vindictive & not a greed based system. Flip a switch, right? Not Charge Full Coverage for an additional 3 months before the insurance company acknowledges that I requested Liability Only Coverage. When I called in a month ago to drop to Liability on THAT call, i was told I still have to pay full coverage for that day, the month of July. Ok. I put up with that greed. My bill for August reflected Full Coverage... AGAIN. Second month of Greed? I called the Big Office. So I called the first week in July for Liability. I PAID for July Full Coverage. Now I'm paying for August Full Coverage... and the lady on the phone said my Liability MAY kick in in SEPTEMBER . I'm not even kidding. Any rape survivor out there? Yeaaaah. This might feel a tad familiar. This. Is. Stealing. I did not agree to this. Insurance should be simple. Simple like switching a fuel grade at the pump, right? No drama. No stealing. I didn't sign up for 3 months of their raping. But I'm sure somewhere, in the fine print, is the lube for your butt rape. Don't be the Village Idiot like me. They hear you loud and clear when you want expensive coverage but they go deaf for 3 months, if you want to reign your coverage in. Like your mama told you,' just don't get raped'.

I don't have time to call or go down there so they lost a potential customer since they can't utilize electronic methods. They might be a good agency but I wouldn't know since they never responded.
