I thought that it would be good to switch over my auto with them and do a package bundle deal with…read moremy home insurance the home insurance side has not been bad the auto on the other hand has been terrible I started in May paid my down payment monthly payments weren't due until June between May June and July I spent over 500-600 on Insurance when monthly it was only 171 for some reason they canceled my policy for like an hour turned around and reinstated it hit me with the membership fee reinstatement fee and another down payment then I fought them on that and made them pay me back $130 of that then the next month they added on that $130 they paid me back for me to pay them back my last straw was whenever I got my bill in last month and they tried to tell me that I owed $476 for insurance when for some reason my insurance went up and was 188 I had already paid July's payment and here it was I was paying August payment so I found a new insurance I had paid my 188 for August I stopped payments well I checked my bank account and my bank account was showing that they were trying to take the $476 out of my bank account after it has been well over 2 weeks that I had stopped payment so now they overdrafted my bank account by $476 and some change so I'm going to have to call them again today and fight with them this has been very ridiculous I will never go through them again and when I did pull up reviews after the fact that this started happening in June to me that's whenever I started finding out all the bad with farmers I have literally been bounced around between talking to the agent that I started my policy with to call on the 1-800 number and talking to them and of course you get the 1-800 number you talk to 15 different people and they all have a different story or they all try to fix the problem. Just last one I called whenever I seen that they were trying to take the money out of my account she said yes there should have been a stopped payment as of August 21st I'm sorry about that it's probably just are automated system and they didn't even cancel my insurance policy whenever I called him and told him this last time to cancel it whenever I had got new insurance that same day so my insurance policy was still valid with them and with the new insurance company I was going with no wonder why they were trying to take all that money out of my bank account it has been one big mess

Policy would just get rewritten for no reason. then they want us to take time out of our day to come down and sign again. hope they are happy they ran off more customer.
