I've dealt with Jonathan before but it was about 3 years ago when he changed out the locks in my house. This time it was to change the locks in a business. Jonathan arrived on time (wearing a mask) thank you! The great thing about Jonathan is that I needed him to come out on a semi urgent basis on a Saturday and he DID NOT charge any extra for a weekend! Imagine that! An honest businessman not out to gauge you! What a concept. He also did not charge for extra multiple keys. The most amazing thing was (without any prompting from me) he said "Hows Enzo?" If you are anything like me, and have a habit of locking yourself out, or losing keys, you know that most locksmiths in the Miami area are total crooks. So, when I lost my keys (IN MY HOUSE...STILL MISSING), I searched on Yelp hoping for a better experience. I'm always a little leery when dealing with service people. You never know what you're going to get. This proved to be the case with my experience. I called several locksmiths and Farmer's seemed to be the best choice. I made an appointment in the afternoon with them and I thought everything was all worked out. Instead, some other company that I had called before Farmer's called me back and pretended to be them! They got to my unit, gave me a HUGE estimate. I called Jonathan(?) at Farmer's and we figured out that these guys were trying to pose as Farmer's technicians to get the business. Thank God I called them to confirm. They came by later that afternoon, fixed everything up perfectly and for a great price. I couldn't be happier and I can honestly say that I can recommend them to anyone. I don't usually write many reviews but the service provided by Jonathan was exceptional! I locked myself out of my apartment and dreaded the news when we discovered my lock was a High security lock that required to drill apart the lock. Replacing all parts and labor could potentially cost hundreds! Thankfully Jonathan and his wife knew their stuff and were able to find a nitch in the door and open the lock without damage to the door or lock. The locks on my condo were (it turns out) from the '80s and dying so Jonathan had me email snapshots of them and the door. He came over the next day and replaced them both quickly and cleanly.
