The truckers are still hauling goods - that hasn't stopped. I advised if I dont recv the nightstands the 1st part of April, I want a refund. NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED FOR THE POOR COMMUNICATION! The store had no problem taking my $3,000 check! I will NEVER EVER purchase another item from this retailer. IF YOU HAVE MONTHS, SHOP THERE. IF NOT, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I brought home the cabinet only to find it was such an odd size that you couldn't use standard Manila file folders in any drawer. I was ticked off but the error was mine for not measuring prior to the purchase. A few days pass and so I call the store. Rather than blowing me off, they said bring it back. They unload the cabinet, walk me back to the file cabinet area (and they have a LOT to choose from!!!) and they offered me the perfect cabinet for my need. Get this! The second cabinet was priced a few dollars more than the one I originally purchased but they gave it to me for the same price. Who does that these days?! My satisfaction was VERY important to them, without question. They loaded the replacement cabinet into my vehicle and I was on my way. Office Barn runs an ethical and professional business. Customer satisfaction means something to them even when the customer makes a error.
