The loveseat has a bent hook inside and the delivery people had a hard time putting it together. When the back wouldn't stay on, we called the service man out. He saw the bend said he could order a new apparatus. I said it's a brand new loveseat I don't want a new part, I'd like to return it and get a good one since this one is brand new. Then Bryan from Mesquite calls me and basically says tough luck, it's been reported you've damaged it, we cant resell it, you're stuck with it! Its ONLY damage is the same as when it arrived!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL NOT BACK IT UP IF IT'S DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES.

One of the times I was there, my 89 year old mom was with me, and as we were leaving the store my mom fell. I was unable to get her up. Several of the staff came running out to help with my mom. The were very gentle with her, they got her up and help her to our car. As for as I'm concerned they went way above their normal duties, they showed compassion. We came to browse on a Sunday and parked in the first lot for just $5.00 - super easy. I was pleasantly surprised by how much of the market was under cover or even indoors (which is a huge plus in July in Texas!). There's so much to see. We walked around for about 3 hours, taking a nice break inside the convention building where there's a restaurant, tables, and air conditioning - perfect for cooling off. Even though we didn't come looking for anything specific, we still ended up leaving with a few great finds. There's truly something for everyone here. There's also a large outdoor section, but the heat was a bit much this time - we'll definitely check that part out next time when it's cooler. I appreciated the number of food and drink vendors, plus plenty of bathrooms along the way. Overall, a fun and worthwhile visit!
