There are 2 other teachers that also worked with Mrs. Samples who were equally as great (hopefully they're all still teaching at Summit Methodist). The patience and care these people have for the little ones is amazing. I don't know if they still allow it, but before COVID they'd let the parents sometimes sit in and watch/join in on the classes. I never did that, but heard from other parents/guardians that they loved that it was an option. I would pick my daughter up and she would consistently tell me about the awesome time she had and the stories and things she'd learn. I'd highly recommend this preschool to anyone looking for one. Something I'll share is that the snacks/drinks/utensils are done on a rotation with all the other parents/guardians. Meaning one week you'll have to buy snacks & drinks for the class and then in 2-3weeks (depending on the size of the class) you'll have to do it again. We were more than happy to help, just thought I'd mention it for this review.

My kiddo happens to be the only child, which means occasionally (a lot...) she gets into an only child emotional temper tantrum over toys. She has improved immensely since starting preschool here. Since this is a co-op, parents are expected to work at least once a month in the classroom. If you like being involved in your child's education, a co-op is a great place to start. Dues each month are extremely low due to the tremendous fundraisers and work the board does to maintain the school. Highly recommended. Sad that we have to move- but happy that we had the opportunity to be in Wapato!

To my surprise, I was greeting with a big smile as I entered. I was introduced to my student barber, Brendon. His Professional Barber/Owner David accompanied Brendon. All student barbers will have a professional barber at their station for support, suggestions and supervision. Brendon done a great job. I was totally impressed. He has completed 300/1000 hours of hands on training. I must say that looking at my before and after photos, I was beyond pleased. The convenience of getting a haircut in South Hill Mall was just perfect. I totally support and suggest, if your budget is tight then take advantage of a $15.00 haircut. If you have children of all ages, both girls and boys, gather up the entire family and get haircuts that is easy on the budget. I highly recommend this academy. I think owners David and his wife, Moon should be commended to operating an Academy to help these young new barbers. Please note that because the students are working for their certification and therefore do not get paid. If you choose to add a tip, they do receive the tips for good work.
