Run the other way, this disgraceful ambulance chaser is only in it for himself, as long as he gets his money, he will not go out of his way to maximize & negotiate your financial award. Zero compassion, all show, fake as a fake plant. I lost hundreds of thousands because of this selfish leach. He sold out to the opposition in my Serious and Willful Misconduct lawsuit case, I was left in the dark & was put on the spot. They came to an agreement & plan that benefited him & ex bosses, while they played golf & had lunch. We were supposed take it to court & sue for 400k-1mil. While attending Workman Comp court, where they gave me my disabled percentage of 86% disabled, the owners of the company made a surprise visit, I was put on the spot & cornerd into settling my Serious & Willful Misconduct lawsuit. Levitz strongly adviced me to accept their 200k settlement offer. We had no chance at winning in court, they would claim freak accident. He got 75k from that 200k. They payed me in payment installments. After I fired him, he told me that he didn't want to bankrupt the company. With my Workmen's Comp case, he made false promises, that I would get 100% disabled, I got 86% disabled, he got 17k for that. He put a lien on my award after i fired him. He wants another piece of the pie, if I decide to settle my Workmans Comp on my own. Please stay away, no one escapes YHWH YESHUAS judgement, even if they don't believe in GOD. I was 25 years old in 2002, was overworked, company didn't provide safety harness. I fell off a roof. Broke my back, burst fracture fusion spinal cord injury. Paralyzed from below knees down both legs & paralyzed glutes, deal with back spasm pain, depression & so on. A shell of a man I used to be, life turned upside down. bruce is a very nice person. My car had a rear ending and on phone call, he listened to everything and told me we had time to follow up ( about 8 months). He sent me an email telling me that I need to confirm if he would be representing based on approx compensation I could get. I agreed via email. Asked him how much was his fee. Then, no response from him. Then on the LAST day , that CA allows me to file a court_case, his assistant calls me to inform that I need to file the case myself. If he had informed me earlier, I would have spent 8 months finding another attorney or learning steps to file case myself. Now- I have no compensation for my medical bills and absolutely no time to even find alternate method to file case. read more

Mr. Levitz, I never asked you about a personal injury case, you brought that up. Remember you asked for the name of the buildings owner and the email urging me to act quickly and pressing me to get pictures of the restroom? I needed a lawyer for workers compensation and had no thoughts toward personal injury. As far as the electronic system goes, what was the process before AT&T came along? YOU requested the the court date, not the defense. YOU should have checked on the status of your request. I do believe that is what the judge said and it is true.I am commenting on the way you handled it and that was not well. In regards to the ortho appointment, explanations should have been given to me, the client. None ever were. I had to figure that out on my own and I did. You have the right to defend your business but making statements as to if I filed a personal injury claim at all are unprofessional since it was your idea in the first place. And when you found out that your idea was a bad one and not winnable; you sent me an email at an unbelievable hour stating that you were dropping the personal injury and avoided my calls and emails for a while when I asked why. If there are many many clients with favorable stories to tell, where are their stories??? I wold love to read more than 2 reviews from almost 3 years ago. Anytime I receive great service or in this case the unprofessional level of service I received; I share that information with others. What really made the difference was hearing from other lawyers and them asking me who you are and where you are located. Of the 5+ lawyers I spoke to, no one had heard of you. Please get your business acumen to a respectable level and work on your communication skills because I saw the way your body language changed when we talked. You had your own thoughts about who and how I am and I live high above those lines. You handled a lot wrong and here you are pointing the finger and noting specifics of a case online. Really sad. I will always say that your assistant Denise is AMAZING and you are lucky to have her. We were in search of legal advise last month, Levitz Legal Group responded first so we were initially very happy to talk to people who we think will be able to help us & represent us with possible worker's comp case. We talked with Atty Bruce Levitz for over an hour, he was very thorough & we thought very straight forward. On May 1st, he emailed us the retention form so we can sign the document & they can start working on our case. Unfortunately, I could not open the attachment that was emailed to us so replied to the email & we requested that the document be sent on a different format or just send a hard copy. I sent 4-5 emails with the request & i called several times and left voice mail messages. WE DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE until today....A staff left a voice mail message asking if we were still interested in retaining them? Really??? Do you expect people to still trust you after being so unprofessional or even common courtesy of returning emails or phone calls??? 2 weeks of no response whatsoever....CLEAR RED FLAG!!! We are not confident that they can be of any help to us anymore. For those who were helped by this company...good for you! But we will never recommend them. read more

I would hate to start my yelpin' with a 1 star (if there were a negative or no stars, that would be my choice). So when I saw the review by C D, I was stunned to learn how similar my situation was. It seems like Mr Levitz is very consistent at what he does, at least. He does fu** up all his cases and he leaves his clients with the same results. My story is very close to the one before me and I don't want to repeat so much. But I was left in the dark for so long and got nowhere at the end. You would expect the lawyer that you hire to return phone calls/emails on regular basis. No, not with Mr Levitz. The list is huge. I can write a final paper and probably get an A+ on it. The main reason I wanted to add my voice here is, to advise people to ask around before hiring an attorney. Obviously, some of us learned the hard way. It has really set me back so many years, and not to mention the financial losses. The list can go on. Basically all this guy does is show up to your appeal and hold his hand out for his share. Doesn't answer the phone nor call you back within a reasonable time frame. Nor do they keep one up to date about how the case is proceeding. It's always someone different that you end up talking to if you manage to get through. I would not recommend this company to anyone. One could do better just showing up to court on their own. Do yourself a favor and find someone else who will do the work and get you what you deserve, not just show up and hold out their hand for their share of your settlement. read more

Hired this attorney 3 months ago told me to stop working he said he would get my work comp case in the works well I haven't been seen by a dr yet for a serious hernia that I received from my work Bruce said that I should be getting money soon that hasn't happened yet & now I am 2 months behind in rent soon to be evicted plus I haven't bought food in three months surviving on hand outs I have been on work comp 2 times before with attorneys with no complications by far hiring this joker has been a huge mistake.
