Rug depot carpeted both of our staircases almost immediately after we came in and picked out our carpet choice. The service was speedy and affordable. Also, rug depot is a family owned business. The staff here are caring, helpful and honest. Chris does the installations, his father helps with carpet selection and specifications for your location and his mother works on scheduling and coordination. Together, they run a great show and really take care of their customers. We love Chris. He really helped us find the best carpet for our home, tolerated our crazy toddlers running around in the store and in our home, our barking dog :) and also installed our carpets to perfection. He even drove back to the store and rescheduled our second installation because he wanted to make sure the job was done right. He even made two carpets for us out of the leftovers from the job free of charge! A big thank you to the Rug Depot owners. I wish every store was like yours. You guys are awesome. We will recommend you to everyone we know. I also included pictures of sample rugs we took at the store because the selections are great quality and beautifully handcrafted.

We came here for our kitchen counter tops and were immediately impressed with the professionalism that comes from Natalia. They have a very good selection in store, and the prices are very reasonable. Not the lowest, but much cheaper than most places we looked at. Natalia directed us to many warehouses to pick our counter top. Once we picked the granite she handled everything and had the piece moved to the factory in Everett (the main branch). There, we met John, who was the person who does all the installation. He was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, and professional. He even picked a fantastic remnant for our window top that has since become our favorite piece! There was a minor hiccup along the way - they cut out the wrong shape for our sink.. but luckily for us, they had another piece. If that was the last piece.. I might have had a different review. So I would advise everyone to follow up and confirm details every step of the way (for all granite places, not just here). Even with that though, they still did a fantastic job. Everything looks amazing and you can barely see the seam in the kitchen. I highly recommend.

The woman who works in the store is sweet and courteous, but she is dependent on the guy in charge, John, for information and he doesn't seem to check the schedule or answer his phone. If your counter tops are ready, or if they have a question, or a problem, do not expect them to call you. You will have to call them. I was told by Milly, an efficient young woman who first won my business, that my estimate would be ready the next day. Three weeks later, I still didn't have an estimate and Milly didn't seem to work there any longer. After I left several messages I found out that they had to come back and check measurements. This happens ... but were they ever planning to call me??? On several occasions, I wasted whole days waiting for these folks to show up. Once they didn't show at all. For installation, they told me they'd come between 10-12. At 11:30 I received a call that they'd be about an hour late, but they didn't show up until 3:30. Then there were several glitches. John also suggested I replace my window sill with granite. Well ... no one accounted for the fact that removing the existing sill would leave holes on the sides and beneath my window. The guys came back and added a short back splash, but they left holes under the window and on one side. I had to have someone plaster over these places. Perhaps this was my misjudgement in part, but no one explained it to me. Also, I got a new sink. I asked three times if I needed a plumber and was told I didn't. Well, guess what? I did and still do. Two weeks later I'm still trying to get an appointment. I would have scheduled a plumber in advance if I had known. So, when the granite guys disconnected my sink, they neglected to close a valve which resulted in a leak in the basement below my condo which I was very lucky didn't result in the condo association charging me. Finally, there is a a language barrier. The guys who came to my house were nice and polite, but were not fluent in English. Some didn't seem to speak it at all. I don't have a problem with this ... as long as someone communicates clearly, which was not the case. In the end, the granite does look great but the it was a very stressful and drawn out experience.

I've been buying rugs from Dave for 10 years now and he always helped me out with every new place I move into. Great selection and great quality! I've always been extremely satisfied with my choices I moved into a gorgeous new place a few months ago and needed a rug to really tie the room together, so he special ordered this abstract galaxy looking rug for me. At first I stupidly thought the rug was too big and was thinking of having him trim it down and re-bind it but Dave wisely advised me to move it under furniture and make sure it's centered. He said give it a few days and then decide. Good thing I listened cuz he was right! Once I truly centered it under couches and what not it looks awesome! I get plenty of compliments on it and reaffirmation from friends that it actually is the perfect size for the room. Trust me...You can't get this type of service or expertise from Wayfair or Home Depot and honestly, the pricing is VERY comparable I think.

One piece was large with an angle and the opening for the sink. We thought it may have to come in two pieces but Vinny and his crew were able to cut it and install as one piece. We chose quartz for the bathroom and Vinny showed us some beautiful remnant pieces, we settled on a gorgeous piece and saved some money in the process.
