The staff were knowledgeable and approachable and gave us advice on how to minimise spending (by taking up the old carpet and disposing it ourselves, save the carpet grips, etc). They also advised us to sign up to their newsletter emails to get a further 10% off. They also offer a free delivery and fitting services if you buy some fancy underlay too. Arranging a fitting was stress-free and we were contacted by phone regarding an update on time on the day. They were professional and quick and left no mess to clean up. We had freshly painted skirting boards and no scratches were left whatsoever. Overall, a great value and professional service that leaves a beautifully fitted carpet!

The carpet has been fitted badly and the attitude of the manager when we spoke was appalling. Total blame was put on me as the customer, because I wanted a different fitter to fix the problem Because it was one issue after another and I wanted it sorted out ASAP. Clearly they don't have enough fitters to cope with the demand and the ones they do have it's clear the quality is definitely not there. Disgusting attitude from the manager, no apologies given only abuse on whether I was apply for the staff to go through disciplinary because I said I wasn't happy with the service (it's not like anyone would be held accountable considering it's a family run business) Absolute Appalling service I would not recommend, I have been blocked from all their social media pages so I can't leave a negative review and now my carpet has started to come up all along the walls as it hasn't been stuck down to the carpet grippers so I will have to pay for another company to fix it- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Domestic clients, like myself, even get the chance to pay for their flooring weekly and on a 0% finance, and I have never heard of that before. They have a small stock to takeaway but promise a next day delivery from their suppliers. I live locally, but they cover all of Manchester and supply to businesses also. So I am going to be booking my free measure and quote shortly.

I called in Scs while shopping in Middlebrook, and wanting to look at furnichure…read more This is quite a nice store of a decent size with 2 floors, however the second floor is up stairs and is not accessible, with no lift, unlike Currys PC World and Harvey's, who have a similar store layout, also in the retail park. The staff here seem nice, however they did seem rather eager to get a sale, and seemed a little pushy with that, especially with the prices being quite expensive, and not what I'd like to pay. They is drink facilities in this store with water, cordial and coffee, but I would recommend grabbing your coffee from Starbucks as I doubt you will get much or it would be good quality from here, having just grabbed a PSL from Starbucks, I went for a cordial. It is only in small, paper cups but you can't really expect much for a store giving free drinks, while having a look around, it is not like you are in a coffee shop, restaurant or hotel. They is a good range of things available here, however most prices were a little over the top and pricey. Overall, this is a reasonably large store, with decent staff however the pricing can be a little poor, and the staff can seem a little pushy, and the facilties / store in general isn't as good / nice as other similar stores in the retail park such as Harvey's, so I feel I can't warrant giving more than 2 stars.
