I have been severely bitten and allergic to the fleas which sent me to the hospital x. I called them back and they wanted pictures of the bites, I sent them. Next morning I got an email they all had looked at my pics and said they don't believe these are fleas or insect bites, see a MD which I have! His office notified in writing that yes indeed these are bites and not a word from Accurate. They also told me I didn't have to throw out my furniture as their stuff will kill them. Well I turned over my mattress and it was a scene out of a horror movie, everywhere u looked both dead and very much alive! Took the cover off second bed and so many live ones it looked like someone Dumped coffee grounds all over. This is the worst company I have ever seen and will be posting on Google Yelp Angies's wherever I can so no one suffers as I am.

Prior to treating, he thoroughly inspected all furniture and fabrics in the house again and advised that we did not have bed bugs, despite our readiness to pay him $2,000 to treat the house. Most others would have said we are safer getting the treatment (knowing we don't need it) or making up a sighting of a bug carcass or the like, but Todd/Delsea was honest. The assessment wasn't bad, but they did recommend re‑insulating my attic due to the age of the existing insulation. When I contacted Atticare for an estimate, I learned they partner directly with PSE&G on home energy‑efficiency projects, which immediately made the process smoother. Stephen (Inspection & Sales) - Stephen arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was friendly from the moment he walked in. He inspected my attic, measured the square footage, and walked me through all available insulation options. No upselling...just available options. Based on our conversation about my high winter heating bills, he also suggested that my outer walls likely needed insulation. Before giving me any pricing, he made sure I understood that Atticare would secure the best possible PSE&G rebate. They ultimately obtained a sizable rebate (free money!) and a 0% loan for 72 months billed as part of my monthly utilities bill, which allowed me to insulate all three floors of outer walls in addition to the attic. Nick & Crew (Attic Insulation) - Nick and his team also arrived right on time. He explained the scope of work clearly and determined the most efficient way to complete it. His crew worked quickly and had the entire attic insulated in under a day. Victor & Crew (Outer Wall Insulation) - Like Stephen and Nick, Victor and his team were punctual and professional. Because my home's exterior is stucco, he explained the indoor insulation process in detail. His team moved furniture away from the outer walls, covered everything with plastic sheeting, and got to work. I will note that dust mitigation could be improved for walls and furnishings -- not a dealbreaker, but tightening that up would elevate the experience even further. The outer wall insulation work took a bit longer than expected due to the number of holes that needed to be drilled, patched, and painted, but the team handled it diligently. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the services provided and am genuinely looking forward to seeing a decrease in my heating and cooling bills. Not only would I recommend Atticare -- I already have.

In a couple days, he came and took a look, assured me it could be cleaned out, sealed to prevent rodents and energy loss, and even though they don't typically do wall work, could put a temporary seal in place A couples day later, the team was here.
