Answer a few standard questions, chat about your impending death, and whammo! You've got yourself a legally binding will, power of attorney, health care advance directive, etc. Betsy also told us everything about death we wouldn't have even known to ask. Plus, she and her husband even come to *your* house for a signing party so you get the documents right away. It wasn't cheap, but check to see if your company has a legal plan (ours paid for almost everything!). But it was thorough, painless, and quick. Just like I hope that impending death of mine will be. Goodfellows had filed our 2021 taxes w/o reciepts which triggered an audit. After several attempts to contact them and ignored emails about why we received the letter, my husband went up there. He was told by who we believe was the CPA's wife (at the front) that he was not available eventhough he could clearly see him. Jason said it was urgent and needed a few minutes of his time since they were not responding to calls or emails. The woman refused to allow Chase, the CPA, to review the letter when he came out of the office and proceeded to call the cops to have the CLIENT/ my husband, removed. My husband left. He had been a client for approx 15+ years with Goodfellows but it changed CPA's, I beleive, in 2020. Despite our many requests for files and records, he will not reply, respond, or provide. They are completely unprofessional. We will most likely have to report this to the board of accountancy if our files are not provided to us soon. I dont normally leave reviews but in this case, involving fiduciary duties, I feel the public should be informed. I would give no stars if possible.

I saw when I had an appointment to get my chemotherapy port and feeding port in that he called my number but he didn't leave a message. 150$ to look over a finished tax return, no follow through, no advising that they closed at 4 o'clock, and absolutely no professionalism. I was looking for a tax office to use but this place is too busy for their customers. I'm 71 yrs old with cancer and they treat me this way? Shame....
