Kimberely is a very dishonest person. Even if your business is legal you have no business selling anything bigger then a sticker. Thats literally what it was and you hacked the paint off inside all my doors with the scissors or blade. I should sue you for damages but you just aren't worth the headache. Give it up. The owner's response below is entirely false. I have time-stamped video evidence of myself securely packing the defective item and dropping it off for return. I also sent it return receipt and the post office provided proof someone signed for it at her address.Furthermore, no corrected product was ever shipped to me, and no tracking number or delivery was ever provided. I am happy to share this video footage and my shipping receipt with anyone, including the owner, to prove this transaction occurred exactly as described. Additionally, because she refused to issue a refund or replace the defective product, I was forced to request a chargeback from my credit card company. Please note that evidence of return of defective product is required to receive a refund from a credit card company, which I did receive in this unfortunate situation. The owner is now fabricating a false narrative publicly simply to cover herself. Second time I've ordered, first time was great! This time was a complete nightmare! Decal was ruined upon Kim installing it so she redid it, but chose another color without my permission (which was the one color I had said I did NOT want) and came out of the house with it done already. Her and her husband tried to install it. It was wrinkled and had multiple bubbles. I was 2 hours from home by myself and very uncomfortable to speak up. They were stressed over the decal and Kim did not even take a photo if it fit her fb page , which was very un like her. I contacted her the next day to say u was not happy. Kim was and has been extremely rude, childish and very unprofessional! I wasted my time and money. I had the decal removed and am out my money. I will never recommend Farrar Decals and Designs to anyone! read more

Found this company through a girl group on facebook and she worked with me to customize a huge hood piece for me. I asked a bunch of questions and she was great at responding. Shipping was fast and I love the piece. I even was in a car accident and had to get a new hood and reached out and said I need a new one and she knew exactly who I was and what I wanted. Poor workmanship and horrible customer service. I tried several times to work with Ms. Farrar through emails and Facebook messages. I paid over $350 in advance and in full for work as we agreed. Once payment was made, the friendly and helpful attitude stopped immediately. She refused to send proofs of her work prior to shipping. She sent items that did not meet the order specifications, failed to package them properly, and refused to accept returns. I received damaged and completely unusable materials. Every single element in a 5-item order was either "stretched" out of proportion, grainy, or completely different from my designs (even though she failed to mention that my originals would not work until she shipped something else). The decals were crammed in a box and stuck together. There was no transfer paper on some of them and others had poor quality paper that would not stick to the decals, so the decals arrived stuck to themselves - a hot mess! When notified of the issues she chose to slander my character and accuse me of being a thief, scammer, and a "bad person". Every single item was unusable... but I'm the scammer!! I did end up getting a refund through my credit card company, but not without time, effort, and a great deal of heartache. I also ended up using a local company that worked with me and made my Jeep look amazing. My SVG files were used, and nothing came out grainy or out of proportion. I did receive my daughter's first set of vent decals without any proof making sure that it the correct size and clear. It arrived blurry. I then proceeded to purchase another order without any proof or tracking information that was claimed to have been sent. As I did on the other orders. Messaged on multiple occasions being told that she would make them time and time again. Just wanted the order for my daughter's jeep. I personally spent a lot for my decals through her and was very excited and happy with the original professionalism. I feel I have been extremely patient since this process started in May. I will assume that I will not be receiving this order. A refund or the order being sent would've been nice. read more

I would like to give a preemptive review on her customer service! I just ordered my husbands off the wall hood decal and my daughter's hood decal name. Farrar Designs, listened to my Million questions and ideas (on a Sunday) while we were talking she made the design changes that I constantly requested. I am not an easy client and then throwing my daughter in the mix with the changes she wanted. do not do business with this lady. she overcharges, her prints are digitized really bad, she doesnt stand behind her work, unwilling to work with unsatisfied customers, she just copy and paste's "non legal binding documents off reddit" and threatens customers with them. Tries to make the client feel bad for purchasing her horrible work that was $400 and shitty when it was redone by another company that was larger size and multiple prints for only $50. hands down horrible person, horrible company, shows 0 integrity. read more
