She completely ruined the slit, the stitching was terribly crooked, hem was uneven, and she created a double seam in the skirt line - the most prominent part of the dress. After going back and forth on text she refunded half of the $185 I was charged - refusing to acknowledge how bad it was and at one point said it was a cheaply made dress so it was the best she could do. All I asked for was a full refund given that I had to buy a new dress and rush shipping. Everyone who has seen the photos has been APPALLED - including the saint who was able to turn around a quick hem on the new dress.
