I went in for a gel pedicure, and I always do the most deluxe pedicure the salon offers. This was the first time for me that a deluxe pedicure did not already come with a paraffin wax (the wax is an add on). It was just three different lotions and a quick massage. For that service, the set price was steep. On top of that, the actual nail care was rushed. A couple of my toes were crooked, the trimming was a little painful, and the gel was already lifting in a few days. I left pretty disappointed. When looking closely after leaving at both my manicure and pedicure, they were pretty sloppily done. I paid for a step up pedicure and am not sure what the additional $10 was for. Still cracks in my toes and feet. They are not welcoming when you come in unless they are friends with you outside of the business. They talk negatively about you as soon as you walk out to other customers. Very unprofessional!!! I asked for white and pink ombre. They did a solid color. They don't care anymore about their customers. They want you in and then out just like cattle. read more

The online booking app they use said they had an appointment available at 3:30. After showing up for my appointment at 3:30, I waited until 4:15 before asking when they would be able to able to honor my appointment. The older gentleman told me 4:30. At 4:45, he told me to go to station 6. That was the end of any communication with me concerning my appointment. I walked out at 5:45 having never been told when, IF they would ever get to me. I scheduled an appointment with fashion nails last minute the night before my father's funeral service because my usual place was closed on Tuesdays. I went in and did the dip powder. She did not even trim my real nails and the fake ones are so uneven. They seemed like they were closing early so I figured I would come back in the morning for them to fix them. The morning after, I did dishes and the topcoat of the nails literally peeled off of 4 nails. So I went back for them to fix them. She added the topcoat and put my nails in the UV hand light and they immediately bubbled. At this point I was running out of time because I had to get to the funeral home and just left upset. I will never go back here again. This is what I get for not sticking with my usual place and waiting till the last minute. This was a shit job and I'm so disappointed. read more

I got a brand new FULL set with dip and they all just slid off after 7days!! They started to come off after just 5 days!! I have nails and have for many years and I've only lasted 4+ weeks and then I get a refill I've never had a whole entire fake set of nails just fall off especially starting less than a week so I called the salon where I was told it was my fault and told it was my problem I was told if I wanted to do said it would cost $45 plus tax I am full name that I was upset because it has been one week and I have lost a WHOLE SET to which I was talked over and ignored. I went with my mum from the uk and I was done WAY BEFORE HER, mine was rushed and Evidently not done right And then went into the salon and the young girl went outside to get her father who I really didn't want to talk to because he wasn't helpful he then progressed to tell me how it was my nails and he wouldn't do anything to help me out even though they know I was in there one week ago to the day!!!! It has everyone in the store was looking at me the young girl decided to raise her voice to me getting all kinds of mad at me telling me how it's my nails and it's trial and error and if I want a new set I have to pay full price it's not their fault and it's not their problem and they will not be doing anything to help me out!! Kelly the mum just sat there but between the dad and daughter there is NO WAY ID RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! Very disappointed! Went on for a pedicure which I never get done and I could have had a better job from a 5 yr old. The girl was to busy telling me about her personal life and did a terrible job. I wanted a French tip pedicure and my 13 yr old granddaughter could have done a much better job!! She was very unprofessional and I Doubt I will go back!!! Visiting from out of town. My mom and i decided to get manicires and peducures. We had an appointment for 10:30. Showed up on time. They had few colors to choose from but we selected on what they had. My mom selected colors based on the swatch/samples and they were out of all of the ones she wanted. The pedicures were over priced for dollar store lotion and scrubs that they use. When I got my nails painted the Polish was all over my fingers and my cuticles. My mom had to wait 30 min between her manicure and her pedicure. When we were completely finished we stood up and they had two other women sit in the same chairs for pedicures. This was done with out cleaning or sanitation of tools and the bowl. State Board would have a field day. I will never go back there and instructed my mom not to. read more

I'm not sure how this place stays so busy all of the time. This nail salon beats out any other I have been to as far as rudeness goes. While getting my eyebrows waxed, the only girl that does it yells across the room in their language. If you know anything about getting your eyebrows waxed, you know they are right up in your face. So essentially, she is yelling IN YOUR FACE across the room. I also had a mani/pedi. While getting the manicure, the older lady kept jerking my hand with force because I wasn't holding it in the exact position she wanted. After dealing with all of the rude employees there, I left with a manicure and pedicure that was mediocre at best. read more

I am a very picky person when it comes to nails. I would trust any of the girls there to take care of my hands and feet. It is one of the cleanest shops around (unlike other stores that reuse paraffin from your feet). They are very good and sanitary. They are also good at art so designs are pretty cool! read more
