First time visit and I'll be back. I don't get regular pedicures but when I do, I really like them to be thorough. If the description indicates a foot/leg massage I want it to be a message and not just rubbing lotion on. Tony did an excellent job! My toes looked great when he was done and I felt I had a full deluxe pedicure. He was friendly. Quite a few customers in the chairs for both mani and pedicures. The place was clean and organized. I came in for the first time to get a gel mani/ deluxe pedi. It was pretty busy and all workers were busy. I had a short wait and then began to soak my nails. The woman who did my nails took her time and asked lots of questions to be sure I was satisfied. She then did my pedicure which included sugar scrub, foot massage and hot towel. Nail Club is the crème de la crème of nail salons. Honestly, I've never experienced a salon where the technicians are so detail-oriented and customer-focused. They offer a menu of deluxe pedicures, and I think the Milk and Money is my favorite. Their foot massages are neverending and so very blissful. I decided to give this place a shot because it's close to my house. The first time I got a pedicure with a hot stone massage because they were having a deal and the second time I got a mani/pedi. I liked the guy I had the first time better than the lady I had the second, but she wasn't bad. Next time I'll skip the manicure just because they never last more than a day for me without getting ruined but that's probably just a personal problem. The prices are good. I have been getting my nails sculptured (acrylics) for almost20 years now and I have never been so impressed with not only the service but the products used too. My nails NEVER lift anymore! The massage chairs are superior to any others. When I leave I feel like I just had a professional massage! They are very catering to the client ...always offering cold water bottles and such. This place is a dump! It smells so bad of cigarettes our clothing stunk when we left. The hygiene was horrible. The old lady who did my cuticles for my feet used the same one for my nails without sterilization. They do good work. We made an appointment at 7pm for a gel manicure and a full set. An hour and a half later my daughter still wasn't finished with her full set. I have been going to this Nail Club for over a year now and love the GEL manicures for my fingernails. The polish stays on my nails, even though I am really rough with them - cleaning etc. The pedicures are the BEST ever...a must try in my book...I personally like the Lavender. The massaging chairs and the Stone massage pedicures - ROCK!!! And the staff is so AWESOME, very attentive and friendly! I did my nails on Monday and they damaged my nails so bad. I grew my nails out and went in for a filling and gel color. My nails lifted completely and paid $51 and when I went back few days later they wanted to charge me $35 to fix and save my nails. Worse customer care and disrespectful to customers read more

Overall a good experience! My pedicure was relaxing and my nails turned out great. I loved the color options. My only complaints are minor: I had to ask for a few of my nails to be filed again evenly. I also didn't like that rather than wrapping my previous gel nails like most places, they had me soak my nails in a bowl of remover which they put on my lap while in was getting the pedicure. I was worried it would spill and its left my fingers very dry. But otherwise I had a good experience. I would go back again. read more
