My 5 yr old and I come in probably at least once a month and it's friendly, cozy and inviting every time. I went here with my mom today. I don't like to talk a lot when getting my nails done which is opposite of my mom. Thankfully my service was quiet. I'm friendly but when I'm being pampered I just kind of like to sit and enjoy. The price is ok. Lucy was great but everything else wasn't. We got 2 pedis and 2 sets of acrylics. We were the only customers in there yet they rushed through our pedis so fast. Like I had barely sat down and wasn't even comfortable yet and was being rushed. Then when my pedi was done, the man just sat at an empty table and was on his phone... I really would have appreciated a regular speed so I could at least enjoy it. The other pedi lady was coughing the whole table, clearly not feeling her best. My acrylics are lumpy and uneven but the design is nice and I can live with it. But my moms were very bad. She said the worst she's ever gotten. Unfortunately we won't be back. read more

The vibe was very sketchy and the lady in there did not understand English so whenever I told her to do something she wouldn't listen and do it any way they charged us 30 dollars and we left before they could put the polish on so no I would not recommend this place !! The customer service was about 5/5 stars so I wish I could like this place a little more, however the work that was done just wasn't that great. I got almond nails and the lengths were very uneven. The nail polish was also very uneven and looked spotty in the sunlight. I got a full set and pedi with a friend...I got my full set and then was told to wait for my nail polish. During my friends full set she was also told to wait (in the middle of her full set) so that another customers nail could be fixed. Then the nail tech actually went too low on both me and my friends cuticles to the point that we were bleeding...we woke up the next morning with sore nail beds (more sore than usual). They started to get busy so I could tell that they were rushing which is probably why the work wasn't that good :( I wish the work was a little better because they are so nice, friendly, and the shop is very clean! read more

I just found my new nail place! Lucy is amazing! She was able to take the picture I showed her off pinterest and applied it to the nail design that I wanted. I first met lucy when I needed a color change from a prior nail salon that did not know how to do design at all. Her demeanor and her energy/attitude were so inviting and so friendly and genuine like a very much genuine, nice person! Who took in a new customer with open arms. She made me feel so comfortable, and she's just easy to talk to, I was thrilled to come back. I get a new set of nails done and start all over with a brand new person. When I showed her the nail design that I wanted, she was able to replicate it with ease, and I walked away just felt like a million dollars. The environment was so amazing that I decided to get a pedicure done by Phil. Let me tell you that man almost put me to sleep with this massaging. Overall, my first official visit there was exactly what I needed and wanted on my only day off out of working six days straight. And I was expecting it to cost more because my nail design had a lot of technique to it and a brand new set of nails and such, and oh my God, they did not overcharge. In fact, I felt like it was undercharged.I was able to leave a generous tip and well deserved! I found out after going to a different nail tech that this place was using illegal nail monomer. there's a monomer that FDA banned years back because of the ingredients, etc.. you'll notice when you go to soak them off they are very gooey and don't remove properly. that's because of the use of MMA. i usually don't make reviews at all but MMA does so much damage to your natural nails it is not worth it at all. i also paid $70 for a short white set that had chips, nails different lengths, horrible apex. i paid the same amount at my new nail tech for beautiful long marble nails. I added attachments to what i am referring to. You can see they are not pretty what so ever, sanitation in the workplace is clearly NOT one of their priorities with the endless amounts of dust everywhere. Do NOT recommended at all. Most of the previous reviews said that Lucy was very nice. Lucy is extremely sweet and works hard. The manicure and pedicure was great. I gave 3 stars because: 1. I asked for a matching color for my dipped fingernails to a regular toe nail color. Pink and brown are not similar. When I asked I can pick a new color she said "it's ok, very similar." 2. The pedicure tubs didn't have any liners. Yes, this is a personal preference but I've been to other places that have the same prices and they have tub liners and tools from a package. 3. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about recycling. But why not use a cotton ball, facial tissue or toilet paper instead of a fast food napkin to put between my toes so they don't touch. This part didn't feel professional. 4. I was given 2 left sandals. 5. When you get dipped powder, you aren't supposed to lay gel on top. I'm all about supporting small businesses, especially in a pandemic, but... those reasons above mean a lot to me. I hope they consider changing some of these things. I was feeling pretty good about this place so far. Well, my daughter and I sat I. First let's start off by saying that the whole thing did not seem clean. There was no liner used for the foot bath. I watched them service one person immediately after another without sanitizing in between. Then let's talk about the manicure I received. I wanted a simple grey to white ombre coffin nail. I showed them a picture and told them that's what I wanted with a slightly darker grey. She proceeded to use a dark grey and white acrylic powder which did not give an ombre effect. When I commented on it she told me that was because of the powder. WHY WOULD YOU CHOSE A METHOD THAT WOULDN'T GIVE A GOOD OMBRE WHEN THAT IS SPECIFICALLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. Now lets talk about the shape. These nails are all crooked. Severely so. They are slightly tapered to resemble a coffin shape in the loosest meaning of the term. I also have product all over my fingers. I've been picking off flakes of acrylic for 20 minutes. Overall I'm embarrassed with how badly these turned out. I had started doing my own nails at home during the pandemic and this is the first time I've had them professionally done in almost two years. I was treating myself. And these look so bad that I'll have to go home and attempt to fix them myself. What a waste of money. They charged $50. I will never be back. read more
