I moved to Lodi about a year ago, and was looking for a new nail salon. I had gone to a few but was not impressed with the quality. I came here and noticed it was very busy and they had a lot of regular customers. If their customers are returning then this spot must be good. Mimi did my nails and I loved them. I really tried to give this place a fair chance, but the service today was honestly disappointing. The tech, MiMi, ended up yelling at me when I pointed out the uneven shaping and sloppy polish. Yes, I asked for short nails -- but that doesn't mean they should be uneven or that I should be scolded for asking for a simple fix. Instead of correcting the problem, she blamed my nails, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Thanks to Helen who helped fix the nail. First and last time coming here. First off they didn't have the color I wanted so I quickly had to pick another last minute. Then when I showed a picture at the start of my appointment I was quoted $55. The second guy did what he wanted to my nails with only one glitter nail per hand and when I went to pay the lady charged me $65 (this was just a fill) I complained and said I was quoted $55, but she still charged me and then charged me an extra two dollars to use my card which I was not told about beforehand. To top it all off I don't even like how the guy painted my nails. He didn't even paint the end of them. It looks like I've already had my nails done for a while. Terrible and worst service! I got a regular mani and pedi. The guy tech told me to wait 5 min. I waited 10, and asked if I was done. All three techs in sync said yes I was done. I went to go grocery shopping and right away my nails messed up. They were not done and still wet. When I went back to get refund, because I had no time for them to redo the work. The refused to return my money, stating it was my fault! These people do terrible work and blame the customer for their mistakes. Go elsewhere! read more

Mimi ended up looking at my nails and could tell they weren't finished so finished them for me - they said the design was "simple" but couldn't actually do it and blamed it on my short nails - got to the register and it was $15 extra for the terrible, smudged design? They didnt tell me that before doing it - cash only, no cards. They have an atm in the store so they save themselves from paying a card fee but then you do So unprofessional, terrible service, poor communication and bad experience. read more
