I went on thursday to get a pedicure. They advertise all around the place that it is a $15 pedicure. I also got a text that there's a $15 pedicure. When me and my daughter arrived we sat down and received the menu. we just said we wanted the basic and nothing fancy. the lady asked us if we wanted regular or gel. my daughter asked how much gel was and the lady said free. so we got the gel. when it came time to pay it was $52 for each of us. coming to $104 total. I told them that we got the $15 pedicure. they said no you got the $37. we said no but they said we did. they told us we should have asked for the $15 pedicure at the start. no where on the menu does it advertise the $15 service. that is false advertisement. they also lied to us saying that the gel was free. they scammed us. we tried to reason with them but nope. do not go here. they are deceitful and scammers!!! read more

I try to never leave negative reviews because as a small business owner, I like to support other businesses. However, after my 3rd time in here in 6 days (not by choice), I had to share my experience. I came in to get "builder gel" nails done here when visiting my family. I get them done in my hometown and they are always great - they a last long time and never break. I noticed right away that the application of the so-called builder gel was much different than I have had anywhere else, but I'm not an expert so didn't think much about it. However, within a day and a half after I got them done, I had a couple break, and very far down on my natural nail - super painful! But things happen, so I came back in to get them fixed. The man at the front (I believe the manager) looked at them and said multiple times "oh, you broke your nails?" Basically like it was a "me" problem and nothing to do with them. Mind you, I was not doing anything crazy - making the bed when one broke and reaching in my purse to grab my wallet on the other. He reluctantly agreed to have a tech fix them after informing me that it was a long wait. They did fix them (and charged me ). THAT DAY two more broke off. I also noticed almost every single one was cracking pretty far down on my nail. SO, I went back in the next day to get them removed - the same manager guy was SO rude (which is why I decided to write this review). I told him that I always get builder gel, however the application is different in my experience and much stronger. He proceeded to roll his eyes and gave me a sarcastic laugh. I tried to show him the cracks and he cut me off completely - ignored me and helped someone else. He then became nasty with his tone and facial expressions when I told him that I would like to get them removed, instead of fixed. The nail tech herself was very nice and informed in a hushed tone that yes indeed, in her experience working at other salons, the gel nails always come from a powder-like substance which is why they are usually strong. She said she knew "this would happen" as it's not regular builder gel. This salon uses something completely different to save money I am assuming. However, this post is less about that issue and more about how I was treated by the front desk. On a side note: every time I was there, the manager and a couple other guys who work there were smoking in the front doorway causing the entire interior to smell like cigarette smoke. This was not pleasant, and completely inappropriate when there were little girls in there getting pedicures for Easter. read more

Bubbles in my gel polish, flecks of old color showing through when I asked him to remove all the old color, I feel ripped off and this set wasn't worth $50. First time coming here. I usually don't leave reviews, but cleanliness is a big deal for me. During my pedicure, a towel that looked dirty was used for my pedicure service and then use to wipe the knob from the foot bath. This the first time I've seen this at a nail salon. This made me uncomfortable and concerned about sanitation. I hope the salon improves its hygiene practices. Also when filing or cutting the cuticle of your clients toes. Please be more gentle since you are using sharp objects to cut with. The lady I had was rough when pushing the cuticle skin and cutting it. Made me nervous the whole time. My right big toe is sore from it. The nail tech did not know that I understood her language. So if you're going to charge extra let your client know. She charged me I believe $2 more because she had to file off some of my old gel polish. The $2 is not much, but when you have a business you have to be clear of what you are charging. I only knew because she was telling her other coworker. She did not do a bad job with painting my toe nails. But please be more mindful when it comes to cleanliness and handling clients toes nails. read more
