I thought I wrote a review for this store but I guess I didn't? I like this store they have a lot of cute clothes to choose from and accessories, shoes and bags. But the last couple times coming I didn't find a lot. Maybe the styles are just not for me lol. But I did come in the other day to do some shopping therapy and see if they had anything new. I found a cute little pink dress instead of a little black dress, even though I would have preferred black dress since its my favorite color but the pink is another favorite of mine too. They only had a gray and pink one. It's just a simple little dress for summer but they do have a lot of items just nothing that fit right for me that day. But the employees are friendly. They have fitting rooms to try stuff on. I'm sort of picky when it comes to clothes so I'm sure other people would find something here even though I didn't. Its nice for basic everyday wear, but once in a while you can find some super cute clothes that isn't too expensive either. I recommend coming here, since forever 21 closed near me this is my go to place lol besides the mall. This is the kind of place you'd swing by to pick up a last minute piece before going out later in the day. The quality of their items is very much Shein/Amazon quality (maybe even less). I do love that they have really cute trendy pieces for a super affordable price! The workers here aren't bad and are very standard. You get your stuff, go up to the register, they ring you up, and then you leave. This place has a no refund policy, but you can exchange or get store credit! If I can give 0 stars I would. I shopped here on Saturday 2/21 purchased a shirt I thought was cute but needed to go home and try on the whole fit. Didn't look good, so I'm just leaving now 2/23 to return. They only do an exchange or store credit. It hurts these Asian b*tches to give back $1.11 Keep in mind I had already exchanged that 1 shirt for 4 items and they still couldn't give me back the $1.11 This was the first and last time I shop with them. I'm very disappointed. The fitting rooms are closed. I asked what the refund policy is because you can't try anything on. They only offer store credit and no refund. I think that's unfair because if you're not giving me the option to try anything on. You should allow me to get my money back if the item doesn't fit me properly. This is my preferred first stop before going to forever 21 / h&m/ etc. Sure, this place is pretty crowded with clothes, and sure the employees are not very helpful, (but hey I'm one of those people who doesn't like being bothered while shopping anyway so I don't mind). Regardless, this store is in my Top 5. Whenever I come here, I have to stop myself from buying everything. You can find things here for $10 that you see at forever 21 for $20+. Most of the things I purchase here are no more than $15. Everything is a steal, even their shoes are cheap and cute. No, their clothing isn't the best quality, but neither is forever 21's clothing. Only things are I wish this was at a better mall, I have to go out of my way to come to the Orange Mall just for this store (it's worth it though). If I could give zero stars I would. If you're buying a nose ring from here BEWARE! Never found anything here except the the nose rings. Asked for a few today and the sales associate picked them with her own fingers. She then dropped two and added it back into her hand after contact with the floor. Mind you this was not a drop and pick up (that still would disgusted me) but it was the first ones and they were laying there while she was getting the other ones. I then saw her trying to put them with the clean ones and asked her nicely not put the dirty nose rings with the clean. She then proceeded to tell me I requested a certain amount (which I did) but girl. I'm good with the ones that didn't touch the disgusting floor. I couldn't believe she was going to still sell me the other ones. I didn't see her throw them away so I'm assuming they are sitting back in the case. Shittiest place ever. Asian ladies are bitches and have the worst customer service. Spent 161$ on a Friday loved everything and threw my receipt away. The very next day the jeans I just spent 30$ on broke, the zipper just broke that easily. Went back and explained how that's unfair I spent a lot of money. Just wanted the same pair of pants. Said she's order some and call me never did went back a week later and she said there was nothing she could do. I get it no receipt no exchange or refund but seriously I just spent all this money and it breaks just like that. At least have common curtesy to replace the jeans. Greedy bitches. read more

I haven't been to the orange mall since probably 1996; with good reason- today I saw gang bangers just chillin', moms that were way too large and had way too many kids and places like Dairy Queen, that I will never need to eat at in my life. Yet I trekked on to Fashion Q- set up just like forever 21 but with much lower prices, same quality. There is no service or help, but who cares, I don't like to be bothered anyways. Don't shop here . The Asian lady that works in this location treats her employes very very bad In front of costumers . She also don't let u try a outfit if it is on a mannequin . I can do all the splurging I want without the actual splurging. Fashion Q has my loyalty over Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe. When I want a new outfit for a hot date... I come here on a whim. The two stars is for customer service only. When you walk in no one greets you which is fine with me. The girl working in the fitting room tonight was friendly but the girls in the floor/ register weren't . Store says it closes at 9PM but at 8:30 they turned off the music & lights. OKKAY?? Shouldn't you be doing that at 9? What really bothered me was the fact that I wasn't done paying when another girl jumped on the register I was being ringed up on & started helping the person behind me. The poor girl was still stapling my receipts together when the other customer was being told her total. Totally unprofessional ! The clothes are inexpensive & if you're like me & rather spend your money on Lululemon then this is the store to shop at for regular clothes. I paid 25$ for 2 pair of jeans. The store would have 5 stars if the customer service was better. So to be straight forward it's a cheapo-asian store, BUT, the prices are actually amazing and so is the selection of clothes. The stuff is really cute and trendy, not just plain and young looking like most similar places. 3 stars because the customer service was horrid. I was in the place for 40 min and not one worker acknowledged that I was even there. For me, this personally isn't a problem. At a place with tops for $5, I could really care less. Just a heads up though.. If you're big about customer service and how you're treated, this probably isn't the place for you. Other than that, I really don't have anything negative to say. read more

this place is crazy... its SUPER cluttered in here and makes your trip here unbearable. I dont know whats up with the owner/sales associates but they seriously need to clean this place up and organize it. i could barely walk through some of the aisles since there were SO many racks of clothes everywhere. also i disliked how there was a minimum for debit card purchases ($10 min) what i do like about fashion Q is that the prices are dirt cheap and they have tons of different styles so theres a good chance you can find what you are looking for here read more

I love this store. Whenever I'm near, I always stop buy and grab a treat from here. I'll admit, the customer service isn't great, but it's not like they can do much with how the store is organized. The racks are so close together, it's hard to look through items with more than one person in the aisle. Doesn't bother me as the clothing is worthwhile and cheap, with the same if not better quality than F21. The store clerks are not going to be much help. They are courteous and polite, but honestly don't care to help you look for anything. Overall, if customer service and organization doesn't bother you, this store is great for you. I love the clothes at this store , everything is so pretty. But the service here is terrible, they never ask if you need help on anything and never "try" to help you out with a clothing size or shoe size. I use to come here and shop all the time but after my experience here , never again will I come. I came looking for sandals and they didn't want to help me find my size or bother to call another Fashion Q store to see if they had them. The Fullerton location is way more friendly then the Anaheim location. The Sales associates were friendly , the fitting rooms were clean and the Manager was really nice. The only thing is they don't have a big Plus section. read more

I spent my gift cards here, like 5 lol oops I didn't know the machine would be so slow but it gave me so much anxiety just standing there the lady didn't know how to work the debit and credit machine and it was so slow, please upgrade. Literally a hole in the wall--it's messy and totally disorganized; but for me, this is the first place we go to when shopping for clothes--Forever 21 is our last resort lol. You can find what would be worth about $20+ at Forever 21 for about a fraction of the price at Fashion Q. Although the sales associates aren't really helpful, the variety and price of the stuff they sell here makes up for it. It's ok to go if your size is XS to M in regular American size. They don't do return and probably 7 days exchange or even no exchange. Price is very low for fashion clothes and varieties are wide. When I got to this store there was a lady talking to the girl at the register. I don't know what the issue was but I was in the changing rooms for about 10 minutes and the woman was still at the counter when I came out. I went to pay for my clothes and I was kept waiting for...wait for it...27 minutes! This is not an exaggeration. I text my coworker right when I got in line to say I'd be maybe 5 minutes and that was exactly 27 minutes after the time on my receipt. From what I could hear the woman was having issues using her loyalty card or something. It is completely unacceptable to leave another customer waiting this long! If I wasn't raised to have manners I would have thrown the clothes across the room I was so appalled. No apology when I got to the front either. I definitely wouldn't recommend a place that treats customers this way. It's not that the girl was rude, there was just a total lack of common sense. This is the best place to stop at for a last minute outfit for pretty much anything. Some of the items are cheap like forever 21, but occasionally you can find a quality item for a little bit more money. It's color coordinated which is nice, but very tight and sometimes cluttered. If you do not mind digging through some small racks, then stop by. The customer service is horrible!! Make sure you tried it on and want it. My mom bought me a jean jacket and I came to return it 9 days later and they wouldn't even let me exchange it. They are very rude people. Overall great if you need quick retail therapy. read more

She lied saying they were together when they all paid separate transactions that's not being together. I bought a dress and a cardigan from this place. The items were cute but when I got home, the sensor was still on the dress. I had to go back and get it removed the next day since it was already late. The next night when I'm getting ready to put the cardigan on for work, the buttons were coming off the garment. I went back to the store to request an exchange. I understood the return policy and didn't intend to return anything. I just wanted a non-defective item. When i went in to exchange, they were out of my size so I decided to go a size down. It didn't bother me because I'd still keep it even if it's only a little snug. But what really made me rate this place a 1 star is the fact that the lady at the register told me "no more change okay" and went ahead and marked my receipt a "final sale". That really got me upset. If you shop here make sure you check the merchandise thoroughly. They made me feel like I damaged the cardigan. This is such an inconvenience. That's the last time I'm shopping here. read more

The price that you pay is terrible service, they won't lift a finger to help you, either to find sizes, to start a dressing room, a simple greeting you as you pay -- nothing. They couldn't care less about customer service -- but if you don't mind all of this, at least you can walk away with some cheap clothing. read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. Bought an inexpensive item, wore it that week, washed it per instructions and when hanging it up to dry found 4 holes!!! Not one but 4!!!
