Updated 9/5/2019: The owner of Basic Clothing and Uniform reached out to me to let me know that the embroidery and screen printing company that offers services physically inside of their business is a different entity "OC Shirts" /www.yelp.com/biz/octshirts-anaheim-6 . As for Basic Clothing and Uniform - which is separate from OC Shirts, the screen printing and embroidery shop within their business. Basic Clothing and Uniform has great prices and a wide selection for my boys' school uniforms. The staff are friendly and kind. We'll keep coming here for the boys Dickies shorts and pants - the price can't be beat. I suggest Basic Clothing and Uniform evaluate their partnership or sublet agreement with OC Shirts or their property manager if they do not own the property or control the business inside their physical location. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This review is posted here and to OC Shirts as most consumers will not know they are two different businesses: We brought in two small projects, a baseball number and name for my son's catchers gear. I was promised $20 for the entire project of two numerals and 10 letters "as large as possible". The sample I was sent was so tiny the font size could be doubled. I was then told it would be closer to $28 weeks later. No change in the project- I was charged for their "practice" which was only because they didn't listen to what was asked during the initial order. This was after coming by twice and I was out of time to keep coming back so I gave the go-ahead... only to come in and pick up one perfect piece and one piece that is so funky, crooked the piece on the equipment is now ruined and has to be replaced. The back piece, with his name is still too small despite telling them over and over its too small. They promised they could make it bigger when I asked if I needed to take it to someone who could. Do not bring your business here unless it can be easily replaced at your cost, you are ok coming in 3 times and still not getting what you asked for, the business not being able to professionally complete your request with quality, pay for their practice pieces and pay a higher price than quoted upon completion. read more

Truly great service. Although I could not catch her name, the lady at the register was extremely kind. Came in here for last minute school uniform needs, and was a little short on cash. While I was at the register, I realized one of the items I was checking out was a little more expensive than I had thought it was. Once I found out, I just told her to put it back. Rather than doing so, she actually offered to gift it to me instead. I was in shock. What a truly kind soul she was. Definitely planning on coming back and shopping here more! I had tried to go to a place called, Kay's uniform but they didnt follow their yelp time and closed an hour early. Ended up coming here and honestly, it was great. The lady was very sweet and was friendly to help me find a size that would fit me. (Im smaller than petite). I came a bit late but she didnt rush me or make any faces. She actually helped and had conversations. Def will be coming back here for new scrubs. They have great selection if you aren't too flashy or want crazy patterns. I just look for nice color and a perfect fit. Not to mention, bought a cardigan shirt and it looks perfect. For 14$ its def worth. Excellent customer service. Well stocked in their well organized and bright store. Can't help but be impressed with their selection of nearly everything you need uniform wise. I am a frequent shopper here from Uniform's to costume shirts they got an extensive selection of T-shirts and if they don't have it they can definitely find it for you. They even help you with basic logo design. And they have numerous brands for medical uniforms too. read more

I've been to this place 3 times now to buy scrubs for work and I love it! They have a huge selection of brands, styles and colors at different price points. My favorite brands are Wonder Wink and Carhartt and found their pricing to be better than other scrub shops I've been to. They had a great selection of under shirts and jackets as well so I was able to find everything I needed. The staff is very friendly. They ask right away if you need any help. I said not at the moment, I just wanted to browse around so they introduced themselves and said to let them know if I needed anything and let me continue browsing in peace. I love that! They also have general every day clothing which was nice because I found a lot of tank tops in different colors to wear under my scrub top. Overall great place, great pricing and very friendly staff! This store is amazing! Came to get some scrubs and walked out with three pairs, as well as some long sleeves to wear underneath. The owner and sales associate were incredibly nice and helpful, and very patient with my rambunctious toddler. Store is very clean and organized, and scrubs were very reasonably priced. This is the worst shirt print store in oc, do not buy from this guy he will take your money and wont do it the way you ask. Worst service they wont reply to email or answear phone calls. Good pricing. A mom and pop shop business but is a pretty big location and has a lot of selection. Probably even more than Walmart or Target. They carry a bunch of uniforms. Also a lot of polo shirts, I got some of the dri fit collared shirts. Pretty good quality. Didn't get embroidered but they offer embroidery and silkscreening in a separate part of the store. read more
