As for Living Waters Tim answered the phone promptly and called back shortly with an arrival time of 1 pm. Our tech Alex showed up slightly before 1 pm and just left after doing a great job at installing our new water heater. He was quick to order the equipment and parts he needed working to make sure he was being delivered a tank (did not opt for a tankless unit after doing my own research on prices) that would fit in our hall closet.
