The delivery men broke a gold leaf bowl that I purchased for my parents. I contacted this company by telephone since I live out-of-state and the manager said he would send me a check to replace it. After numerous texts saying he needed to reach the owner of the company, I have not received anything and now my texts are being ignored. Very sad that this is the state of affairs with businesses.
