There's still a waning place for them including their gentrified evolution into pop up farmers markets. Not usually the kind of merch I'm looking for but cool stuff to a whole lot of people.

I am not sure if the lack of vendors is due to COVID or because it's low season for tourism. I walked around the grounds a few times. I did see one or two interesting good food vendors. It's a bit too bitter for coffee but that's just the mangrove talking. The honey itself was amazing & we grabbed the biggest bottle They also carry all kinds of salts - we grabbed a truffle & gomasio which was a blend of sesame seeds, sea salt & seaweed. This is a cute shopping center near the Key West cruise port. They have a large variety of shops…read moreand a small restaurant upstairs that sells Keylime pie. My favorite shop was the metal work shop that has creative home decor items. There's also a high-end shop that sells unique clothing, jewelry, and knickknacks. All the shops don't open early, so if you're getting off the ship before 10am, stop here on your way back.

We were pleasantly surprised to happen upon this market, held yearly adjacent to the Harry Truman's…read more "Little White House". It was awesome to see the assortment of vendors from all over the country displays their crafts and wares. I saw a ton of jewelry and house wares displayed. Some vendors that stood out to me were the basket weaver, hand painted silk dress maker, inlaid wood creations, as well as a teepee and bow and arrow maker. The vendors I spoke with were friendly and my "pushy" for a sale what-so-ever. The market seemed well organized and I especially liked how it was located down two streets with room to move. I would definitely check them out if you are in the area and appreciate creativity and craftsmanship.
