I only interacted with one very nice Lady at the counter, I'm bad with names, will update if I get her name as this is now my #1 gaming go to store, but I will never forget her as she was very polite, professional & relaxed, the atmosphere of the store is a mixture of peace & excitement cause you never know what you'll find, it's like a hunting in a treasure chest, I guarantee you'll walk out with a huge wishlist of reasons to return, it's a busy store, but I was there between 10:30-11am on a Saturday it wasn't crowded, which was nice as I'm not a people person per say... Disc Traders captures that nostalgic feeling that GameStop used to have like 15 years ago. First off, it smelled AMAZING (weird right?). Secondly, there were ample rows filled of movies, games, and action figures from every genere and console you can think of. Literally, 8 year old me was jealous of what I was looking at. I quite literally had to pace myself and NOT buy everything. I definitely will be a regular here. I wished that they had a GBA or a PS2 so I could buy some of the games, but it's cool; it'll buff. This is quite literally an awesome place to spend a good hour or so at. Cheap prices and a wide array of items. Keep this place in business!

I'm an old 'Boomer" and I can't get a hang on the new phones. I'm used to the old kitchen phone with the chord stretched to oblivion. The other day I had a problem recharing my phone, brought it in and Roger found the problem immediately. No fuss, no muss, great service. These employees are geniuses! They take the time to talk to you, help you. A no judgement zone , perfect for old bats like me who lack modern tech skills! T-Mobile on Columbia Rocks!!!!
