In January I lost an earring that my husband got me for an anniversary 28 years ago. I wore them ALL the time. Maura said to give her some time, she would do her best to find a new pair. About 4 weeks went by and I received a call that my earrings were in and ready for pick up. I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw them, they are almost identical to the original ones. I went in to repair a chain clasp that was broken. The man who helped me was very friendly and took it in the back and bent the clasp back into functioning shape in 90 seconds and handed it back to me--no charge. I was fully expecting to pay, as other large-chain stores recommended a new clasp. They have quick turn-around times and do AMAZING work! I had two custom bands made and they were absolutely stunning. Color me VERY, VERY happy!! My ring had cracked; it is an heirloom brought over from the family jewelry store in Germany in the 1800s. I was so sad, and worried about the cost. After finally ditching my Fitbit, I wanted to start wearing beautiful watches again. I had a couple that needed batteries. I stopped into Rose Jewelers one afternoon to have new batteries replaced, but unfortunately one of my watches was stubborn and the back would not come off. Not to fear, the watch expert was going to be in later in the week. They were able to replace my other watch battery on the spot and a few days later they called and said my 2nd watch was ready. I went in to Rose Jewelers today and asked them how much it would be to repair some crystals that had fallen out of my necklace. The woman at the front said she'd check and see if they had the right sized crystals. 5 minutes later she came back with the repaired necklace and told me it was of no charge. I will NEVER go anywhere else, ever again. Rose Jewelers is not only a place that I felt comfortable in but it's a place I knew I could trust as well. Jim helped me with my ring a couple of days prior to my wedding when I had gotten some spray pain on my ring - he fixed that and within 2 minutes I was heading up to my venue for a last minute appointment, with a not pink anymore ring. Fast forward to last week, I had been putting off having my ring sized, a couple jewelry stores had given me estimates and not only was it going to be expensive, I was going to be without my rings for 1-2 weeks. I stopped by Rose just to check them out and THEY sized my rings PERFECTLY within 20 hours. I cannot even explain how amazing they are.
