Boyd said they could do my job that week. No one showed up that week or the next or even called. I called thme the following week and he said he would be there that week. That was over 2 weeks ago. I called 1 more time and left a message but never received a return call. I have decided to get more estimates after wasting 1 month waiting on Odom's Tree service. They may be good at their profession (I will never know) but what they need is to keep their word of honor and good customer service. They completely removed a sweet gum tree that was growing over my garage, had exposed roots and was very close to my neighbors house. They safely removed the tree, the stump and all of the roots. I was very impressed with the stump grinding. They also did a full trim on my live oak trees in the front yard and back. It looks amazing and is easier to cut the grass now. One guy hopping a fence actually breaking the fence. Grabbing all the stuff that they cut off the tree next door. That property is owned by a rental company and when I started yelling at these guys they said that I was a miserable old man and that the property owner next door said it was okay called the property owners. They're rental people and they said it's the first time we use them. I go but they said you said it was okay. Now the tenant who we're friends with said I had no idea they were there and the rental company when I asked about it. What are you going to do about it? They hung up the phone the people on the roof. I told him to get off my property of no right to be here. Get off my roof and if it ever leaks I'm going to sue you
