There are parking garages nearby but street parking directly in front of the store is difficult. The store reps were very helpful and greeted me right away. Since all the reps in the front were busy, one rep called someone from the back. She did 2 measurements of my feet than tried different versions of insoles in my size and different shoe sizes to help me make my choice. By April 12th--after fewer than ten wears--the sole completely detached. That is a clear product defect, so I expected accountability from New Balance in resolving this. Instead of replacing a faulty product, I was told to return them, wait weeks for a gift card, and then repurchase them myself. With the price now higher than when I originally bought them, this would leave me paying an additional $36 out of pocket for a defective item, while also being without running shoes for an extended period. This shifts the responsibility entirely onto the customer, which is not reasonable. I expected far better in both product quality and customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this brand.

The associates could tell I had not worn them so they were very willing to order the bigger size in for me to make an exchange. They took back the shoes and I'm set to go back later this week to pick them up. I highly recommend this location! They provide excellent customer service, a positive attitude and wonderful products.
