This location is about a block away from Yonge St and St. Clair Ave. The door is accessible and the St. Clair Station is close by. There are parking garages nearby but street parking directly in front of the store is difficult. The store reps were very helpful and greeted me right away. Since all the reps in the front were busy, one rep called someone from the back. She did 2 measurements of my feet than tried different versions of insoles in my size and different shoe sizes to help me make my choice. I have only received gifts from here due to a holiday or my birthday. I can only speak to when I…read morehave had to go in to exchange sizes or colours. However the customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. My latest visit I had to exchange the Osaka Nike GP Challenge 1 shoes because they fit narrow. They were able to put the half size up for me and I was able to try them on. They were still narrow so the persona at the time helped me with selecting a different light tennis shoe. The prices are reflective of the sport. In other words tennis is not cheap so why would I expect equipment, clothings etc. to be? They are on the pricer side just in the sense I have never been in the store when a sale was happening. That's all I'll say to that. Overall great experience and I will be stopping by again on my own terms.
