It was his willingness to work around my schedule and ultimately by replacing 20-plus dual pane argon filled windows, without damaging my stucco and or interior wooden shutters. Jason replaced my windows by replacing the glass inserts without altering the frames! During this process (completed in one day)!!!! I decided to have him install two shower doors, a full size tub as well as full size walk-in shower. Both showers door's are of 3/8th thickness, very solid, high end product and with a crew of professionals to complete an accurate and one time install. Jason and crew are Pro's, personable, approachable and an honest hard working group of guys! Jason works with suppliers to reduce cost, expedite deliveries and fight for me when scheduling became an issue. Unfortunately, our warranty expired, so we were not able to get them to come out and fix it for us. Mike's Mobile Screen originally installed the security door. We reached out to them, but they gave us the run around for nearly a month. That's when we decided to reach out to Modesto Door & Window. We were unable to use our security door for a month. The mounting screws that attached the security door to our house were loose, and due to the size and weight of the door, when we opened the door, it would lean and nearly fall off! Colby came out to look at our door the following day after we contacted him. Before he did any work on the door, he emailed us his estimate which included materials, labor, and what he planned on doing. He cut the two top screws and added two additional screws. He removed some portions of the foam/trim of the door, reinforced the previous screws with liquid nail, and touched up the area where he worked on. It looks great, and most importantly, we are able to use our security door again!!! Don't look elsewhere for door and window service! Contact Colby and his team ASAP. You will not be disappointed!

Nathan showed up and was amazing! Unfortunately our system was not so great and basically died completely. Nathan tried everything he could but the situation was out of his hands. He quickly called the office and within an hour had Zia at our home to talk new systems. We were not expecting to need to purchase a new system and were pretty short on time, but Zia was amazing and explained everything in a quick manner. He answered all questions we had, and found the right system for us. Zia worked so fast that he was able to secure us an installation date for Friday of that week and not make us late to pick up our kids from school. Since we had to replace our roof last October, I had questions about how to not compromise our roof warranty with this work being done. Zia was once again amazing and did everything he could to explain everything and even 3-way called me and their roofing company so that I felt confident in what was going to be done. Today (Friday) Timothy and his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Took about 6-7 hours to take down and install. Cleaned up really nicely and answered all questions we had. Even a silly question I had about filters. Overall this experience was as easy as possible considering the situation.
