I think the worst thing I've ever experienced was the suction cups print still on the window once lol and that wasnt an issue to me at all. They are quick and affordable, about to go in again for a new windshield soon so hopefully nothings changed! For reference I got 1 passenger window, one driver side window and a windshield all on different vehicles in the last 10 or so years all for way cheaper than any other place I called and got quotes from.

They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work. I did call and talk with John who sits at the front desk to explain my frustrations and he brushed me off, so, See you later; I'll never be back.
