DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had my windshield replaced there and of course when it came time to pay I was told I had to pay with cash as the credit card machine wasn't working. My windshield started to leak so I took it back and they supposedly fixed it. It was not fixed. Took it back again and the owner said it was not the windshield but the sunroof. He put water on the windshield and the sunroof and yes it looked like it must be the sunroof. Took it to the dealer who said it was not the sunroof but the windshield. Even provided a video showing how the windshield was leaking. Took it back again to America Glass where the owner once again put water on there to say it was the sunroof and said the dealer was lying to me. HE WAS LYING!!! Nice scheme he has going to make it look like the sunroof is the problem. Finally gave up and took it to another glass place that said the windshield was not properly installed. Sham work!!!! Once a new windshield was installed, no more leaking. This place does horrible work and then when they get called out for it they blame everyone else. The state was very interested to hear about all the statements saying that people need to use cash because their machine doesn't work. read more

I have gotten 3 different glass replacements over the last several years. They have been the most affordable and have done a great job each time. I think the worst thing I've ever experienced was the suction cups print still on the window once lol and that wasnt an issue to me at all. They are quick and affordable, about to go in again for a new windshield soon so hopefully nothings changed! For reference I got 1 passenger window, one driver side window and a windshield all on different vehicles in the last 10 or so years all for way cheaper than any other place I called and got quotes from. read more

Price too expensive,job was not properly done, scratches on the windshield, leaked from the rain, and employees were very careless in no regards to your vehicle had my passenger side panel compartment cover broken and my alignment was shot when drove home on interstate vibration was felt and pulling to the left quite acessively. Owner was not helpful and employees are not trust worthy. Please save a headache, time and money to go somewhere else don't wast your time and money here at America Glass. NO! NO! Overall headaches to undo their careless ways additional cost to have my alignment corrected. read more

One star is TOO MUCH!!! Took my house window in after the storm. I understand he was very busy, hail storm, but he was very rude and short with me. I never got a call stating my window was done, I had to reach out, again I know busy but communication would be great. Was told 140$ for 2 windows, I took in the smaller one, half the size of the other and he quoted me more then half of what he originally said- over the phone. When I picked-up he said 85$ and told me I could run my card there over the phone with owner. After waiting for someone with the phone to come my way they told me cash only. DONT USE THEM!! I Will not return: Rude, OVER PRICED, does not have consistency with pricing-pretty sure he just picks a number- he didn't even see my window and quoted price over the phone when I picked up. DO NOT!!! get your windshield replaced here they don't listen. They broke clips that hold go around my windshield . my boyfriend was quoted one price I got there. It was completely another price. I kept pointing out that the clips were broken around my windshield. They would not listen to me. Buyer beware. Referenced by repair department of well established dealership this shop sounded like just what we needed after hail shattered our windshield. They talk competitive prices, veterans discount, and guaranteed workmanship. Job done in 3 hours...unfortunately it came with greasy fingerprints and gouge on light interior, liner gaps, rubber gasket not anchored , rear view mirror improperly mounted, and wind whistling around the glass if speeds go over 30. The veterans discount available only if you carry military ID and presented when bill being figured. Prices figured on the spot and not by quote seemingly when payment method offered...i.e.: credit card etc.Small businesses are generally more interested in future sales from word of mouth but not here read more

Replaced 3 of my windows on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. Was able to get one of the windows overnight instead of a week like other places told me and cost me hundreds of dollars less. Hope to never have to have a window replaced again but if I do I will definitely go back to America Glass. read more

If you have a newer model car/suv with any type of sensing this is not the company to go with! I purchased a 2020 Honda passport and after leaving the dealership a rock hit my windshield and cracked it, so I called America glass and they told me to replace my windshield it would be $385. I made it very clear and asked if it would Interfere my Honda sensing? The gentleman I spoke with told me he replace Honda windshields with Honda sensing all the time it would not affect anything. So after I got back on the road I tried using my Honda sensing features none of them worked! I took it back to America glass the next day and told him what's going on? then he told me to take it back to Honda and have them calibrate it? I went to Honda they told me they cannot calibrate it because it was an aftermarket windshield and it would not work. I called America glass back again and told them I need a Honda windshield for my Honda sensing to work correctly. The gentleman again told me he would replace the windshield with the Honda windshield and all I would pay is the difference. Then I spoke with him today and he informed me that I would have to pay $602 for the Honda windshield plus $385 for the windshield he put in that does not work on top of me paying for calibration again. I think this company do not know what they're doing when it comes to newer model vehicle with new technology? Extremely poor customer service and I would never recommend anyone to go here because they will rip you off and tell you anything to get your money. I never got a call back I had to keep playing phone tag just to get some sort of answer! There's other companies out there that would do a much better job from the beginning. read more
