They did end up replacing the glass again but this time messed up the calibration even though I was told they have a way of replacing the glass without calibration. Needed my windshield replaced. The seals on the replacement windshield fell off almost immediately. Fortunately, they replaced the windshield and seals. Unfortunately, the damaged my car's amp by allowing excessive water to seep down the right side of the dash. The owner refused to replace the amp even though there was obvious water spots on the damaged part. I highly recommend any other facility. read more

Well...where to even start...I called Fast glass service because my windshield was leaking from the top seal and it had a chip, so i figured might as well replace it after figuring the cost of a seal and chip fix was close to a replacement. I called them Friday 1/1 and was told a windshield wouldnt be available until monday and that they could have someone install it at my work between 9 and noon that day it was alittle inconvenient since it was raining all weekend but figured atleast it was scheduled. Monday 1/4 came and i called them around 9:30am to get a better idea of the installers time frame on arrival, so that i could unlock my truck in order for him to work. They tell me they'll call their tech and see where he is. I never get a call back..I called them again at 12:20 to figure out why he never showed up. Im told "they had a tech sick" and i'm asked if i could reschedule it for Tuesday from 9am-noon. I tell them okay and they ask if id like to pay for it now... Reluctantly i did so and waited for Tuesday morning. Tuesday 9:15am comes and i call to confirm theyre not canceling again, im then told they need to wait for the seals to warm up more before they can do the work (theyre carried in a heated van all day)‍ and I'm told theyll be there around noon to early afternoon after it warms up. 12:45pm comes and NO TECH. SO once again i call to see whats going on. Im told hes running "a little behind but will be there before 3pm". He wasnt. I called to cancel the entire replacement and get a refund and they plead that theyll call him and see how long hell be and that hes right down the road. So i decide to give them a last chance. I head home 6mi away and give them my address so he can show up there. He FINALLY got to my house at 3:45pm. BUT THATS NOT EVEN THE WORST OF IT!!! When the tech was taking out my windshield trim, i told him i had a remote start antenna 3M taped to the inside of the windshield. After removing the trim and cutting the seal, he immediately pushes the windshield up and RIPS THE WIRES FROM THE ANTENNA! there wasnt much i could do at the time to being almost 5 and fast glass closing soon. I tell him ill call fast glass and see what they say in the morning. Today (wednesday 1/5) i called fast glass at 9am and talked to the owners wife and informed her of what happened with the tech and my antenna, she says theyre busy but she'll try to look into it and how they can help fix the remote start, SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK EITHER! I call her again around 1230 and am told she hasnt had time but if id like to try to find a fix for it i can, so i do. I call around and eventually find a business willing to fix the ripped wiring and the 5pin connector for $99. I called fast glass again to let them know i found a business that could fix it and the cost, im answered by the owner of Fast glass and he starts to argue that the remote start antenna is aftermarket and they are not responsible for it getting ripped off. The. Proceeds to tell me even though "HE KNOWS HIS TECH BROKE THE ANTENNA, AND THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND REFUSE TO COVER THE REPAIR FEE AT ALL WHATSOEVER!" because of this im now stuck with broken equipment until i can get it fixed. After this all transpired i said to the owner "i think this deserves a review" and he SCREAMED AT ME "GREAT! GOOD! I HOPE YOU F*****G DO!" so here it is, as he hoped. If i had known the owner was this way... unwilling to even MEET IN THE MIDDLE and cover HALF of the $99 repir to the damage id have gone elsewhere DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY SERVICE. They wont even stand behind the damage they do to your vehicle. They refuse to make their wrong into a right. I hope and pray i save somebody the headache this "business" caused me. PLEASE. GO. I was quoted a great price for replacement Auto glass for my 2000 Tundra and was told the earliest they could get me in was a week. I agreed to wait a week, and have been pushed off every day for the last 8 days with excuses like we got bad glass delivered and need to reorder, our brakes went out in the mobile repair vehicle, it's raining, our tech got tied up in Siloam Springs and on and on. "Can we reschedule for tomorrow?" was the standard line for 8 days. I'm a patient person, but finally gave up and called a different company who can get me in tomorrow. read more

Never had such a bad experience with my car getting repaired. My Mazda was damaged by a piece of wood on the highway. It was still drivable around town, but I wanted to get the windshield fixed ASAP because I needed to drive to Tulsa to catch a flight on Monday 1/10 and the visibility through the broken windshield was not good enough for me to feel comfortable driving more than 5-10 minutes. I called around a bunch of places and everywhere was booked up for at least a month, until I called the dealership and they gave me the number of Fast Glass, who they are contracted with for glass work. I called Fast Glass on Wednesday, with only 5 days before I needed to drive to Tulsa, and the owner assured me that they would repair it on Friday if I dropped it at the dealership. They already had several jobs to do there that day, and he said to drop it off at 11am and they would get it done. I did this, and at 4:30pm the same day, Mazda called and said it was done. I came back the next day to discover that my windshield had NOT been repaired due to some unexplainable miscommunication. They only checked to see if my car was covered under warranty, which it wasn't (and I knew that it wouldn't be) and then didn't repair the windshield. This mistake caused me MAJOR issues with my travel plans as I had to scramble to find a way to get to Tulsa with only two days to spare. I left my car at the dealership and told them to get the windshield repaired while I was out of town. But THAT'S NOT ALL. While Fast Glass DID end up repairing my windshield that week, they did not clean any glass shards out of my car whatsoever. When I picked it up, I found pieces of glass all over my windshield and my front seats. Furthermore, when I took it to a body shop to get some other damage repaired, it was discovered that there was glass in both my front speaker (causing it to sound like it was broken) and my defrost. They also destroyed the molding that wraps around my windshield during the replacement and DID NOT REPLACE IT. The body shop had to get in touch with them to retrieve the molding which they had never even ordered or intended to replace, which delayed repair times for the car. Bottom line -- I would not use this glass company under any circumstances. I am gravely disappointed in their standard of service across all phases of getting my car repaired and I would NOT recommend that anyone use Fast Glass Service. read more

My windshield was replaced and the sticker for the oil change was replaced while the car wash sticker was not. Called to see about it and was told it was gone and that it was my fault they didn't transfer it as they should have or notified me about it. Not as good as national chain, indifferent attitude by management. All else being equal, I make locally owned businesses a priority when choosing where to spend my money. I took my car to have a chip in the windshield repaired. They did the repair on the spot, no waiting and per their guidance on the phone, no appointment needed. I don't think the repair took more than 8 minutes. I don't care how much or little time was needed as long as it was fixed well. After paying I went out into their parking lot to leave but I could still see the crack very well; there was a very minor reduction in the appearance of the crack. I went back inside and explained and the manager (owner?) said that's just the way it is and that it is still guaranteed (the guarantee is that you get your crack repair money refunded if the crack spreads across the windshield,no different than every windshield repair place). He didn't come out to look at the repair work, just dismissed me by pointing to the 8x11 piece of paper taped to the front of the office desk showing the guarantee. Continuing to see the crack didn't make me happy and I left unhappy due to both the crack and the attitude. The next morning, I went to the local franchise of a national chain. The guy looked at the crack and thought he could make it better. He also offered to let me watch him do his work. He spent about 35 minutes working with it, basically doing their whole process two times. When he was finished, the crack was invisible unless someone pointed it out. Bottom line, both the work and the attitude at Fast Glass was mediocre and before leaving that day, I gave them the opportunity to make it better and let me leave as a satisfied customer. Last year I had a leak repaired in the rear window of my truck. They were quick and efficient doing the repair. After less than a year, I discovered the same leak in the rear window of my truck. I called them to ask if they would repair the leak. They told us to bring the truck to them a week later. We showed up and they said "Oh, you're not on the schedule. Come back in two weeks." We shifted our schedules and took off work and brought the truck in when they told us. They said "You're not on the schedule, come back in two weeks." I thought, everyone makes mistakes we'll work with them. While we were there about to leave, a technician comes out and says "The boss doesn't think we should warranty our work, but we'll get it done for you". He went on to show me the seal they used for the repair and explained how it was junk and he would use the "good stuff" on our repair but he had to order it first. My immediate thought was; what are you using on the vehicles you're repairing now if you don't have the good stuff? Also, what are going to use over the next two weeks while we wait for the "good stuff" to get here? So, two weeks later, my wife takes the truck in after again moving her schedule around and taking off from work. She gets there and again they say that we're not on the schedule and that the owner doesn't want to cover the poor repair and to call a 800 number to get on the schedule. My wife attempts to call but it's just busy. You don't get to speak with anyone. Now they get real rude and nasty with my wife. I called them from my office and the store manager was a real a**hole about the whole thing. Bottom line, they don't back up their work, they have zero customer service, they can not be trusted, and they use substandard materials. I cannot recommend this business. They lost a loyal customer and everyone I know is notified. read more

Very disappointed. Set up in shop service for Saturday morning for replacement of windshield. Arrived at 9:00 a.m. Owner asked me if I had someone to pick me up. I said, "No, I plan to stay here." His response -- "I'm losing money on this deal and was going to put the windshield in then leave to do another job to cover it." I said, "Maybe I should take my business elsewhere" and his response -- "Yes, just do that." The Hartford Insurance called to see how my appointment was going. I told them what happened and said I would not want this company representing me if I was The Hartford. Bad customer service. Sad business man who would turn business away. My family and I went in to have a small repair to our glass, upon arrival the manager was short and rude to us. He initially said that his worker would have to look at it to determine if it was repairable. We had been waiting for about 10 minutes so my husband decided to ask if they had determined if the car was repairable, the manager snapped at my husband saying "well it's back there isn't it?" Which my husband replied "well you haven't told us anything so we didn't know" he then said to my husband "what do you want me to do?" To which my husband replied "we just wanted some communication on what was going on" he then told us we could leave and said "there's the door if you don't like it" he then pulled the worker from our car and said "there's the door". Fast glass replaced the windsheild on my Lexus LX 470. I have had others in town replace the windshield in the past and do it wrong. Chuck, the owner, did the job right. It is getting hard to find people that both know how to repair things correctly and take the time to do the job right. Chuck is both of these things.
