I explained the situation and made it clear that I was feeling much better but couldn't return to work without a note that excused the previous four days absence. They made it sound like they could do that but I would need to come in. I did that. Only after my appointment, did they tell me that they could only write the note for the previous day. This means that I would have had to see them at least twice to fulfill my work requirement. If they had been honest with me in the beginning, I would have chosen another provider. If you are in this situation, you need to get care elsewhere!

We arrive, he goes in , gets his physical, pays and we leave, they wouldn't give him two copies so we had to go elsewhere to make another copy, after paying them for this. A month later we get a bill for an office visit and a tab skin test, stating we paid a portion and owe the rest. I tried to call and get this worked out and called corporate office and spoke to someone who calls himself jetson. Not only was he rude, he didn't understand that an office visit was never performed and for him to dig his heels in and tell me it was was medical fraud. He told me to report him. So I I did. I reported the visit to the office of the inspector general, the office of Medicare and Medicaid and the fbi. Not all because of what jetson said, but the 3 bills and more conversations with people. So jetson changes the code and the charge, we don't owe as much now...but they still are charging extra codes when you walk out of the building, imagine what they are doing to insurance bills. The lady at the front desk told me to be quiet and she was glad I had time to keep calling about this bill. That was what made me decide that this is absolute FRAUD, I was told if I didn't pay the bill they would just charge my card because my husband signed the form allowing them to do that, he said he thought he was signing permission to treat. BEWARE these people are committing medical fraud on self pay and health insurance and then becoming extremely defensive and combative when you call them out on it. In the event the you need to report them The office of the inspector general, the office of Medicare and Medicaid and the FBI all have medical fraud units, easily found with a google search. Update~ called another clinic to get help regional managers number, I figured they would want to know that not only are customer service skills lacking, this is dishonest and illegal. After 5 minutes on hold I'm told I can't have that name or number, they will take mine and call me back....still waiting.... So why can't I have the name or number of regional management? I think I'll call the hospital to find out and update my review again later. Update - went to the corporate website and they also would not give me info, I was able to type out a formal complaint that when I clicked send I wasn't sure if it sent or if it disappeared. Still waiting.....

My son needed immediate care and I could not wait until Monday to see his primary pediatrician. Plus, we are new to this area and this clinic was very close to the hotel we're staying for the week! From walking in, checking in to seeing the nurse and doc and walking out after seeing the doctor, the whole experience was top notch! I felt like they cared for my son (& addressed all of my concerns). Fast forward to yesterday and today, I did not hesitate to take him back here for an injury to his finger and fever. In a pinch, you can make an appointment and check in online. Then, when ready, you get a text to go inside and avoid waiting in the waiting area. I did walk in and sit to wait to get him, but it was not long at all. Maybe 5 minutes, then into the triage room, and another 5-10 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. Great bedside manner and excellent with young kiddos! I must give a shout out to Ms. Dixon, PA, PA-C for her candid responses to my intrusive questioning. Haha. Also, thanks to Dr. Spencer for also being gentle with my little guy. He confirmed an ear infection ... how often does an ear infection have to occur for it to be "recurring" and "chronic"?! I forgot to ask the doctor because I was just so happy to get my little one diagnosed and start meds to heal the infection. Too bad they don't have primary Pediatricians at this location. It is a definite go-to clinic for our family.

Went the next morning at 9am, checked in, filled out brief questionnaire, waited about 10 minutes and was seen by nurse and doctor. We were in and out in an hour. Friendly staff and efficient. We had COVID and they sent a Rx down the road to a Walmart (we were on vacation from out of town) got our meds and were on our way.

I went in because I wasn't feeing good and hoped to get a medication to relieve terrible cold symptoms. They quickly tested for covid, strep and flu which were all negative. It was then suggested that those aren't thorough enough and they could take another swab and send to their lab which would be ready the next day. I asked about cost which the provider said she wasn't sure (big surprise) but wouldn't be much and insurance should cover it anyway. First of all it was close to 3 days before I got results and was already feeling better at that point. When I called to get an update after 48 hours I was told it could take up to 72 hours. So that was the first miscommunication. The second and worst is that the lab they sent to are 3rd party...not their lab as I was told. They have no ties to the billing and just hand you off to them to bill you whatever they see fit. They ran an insane amount of completely unnecessary tests that $1214.05. Insurance does not cover these tests because they found them to be medically unnecessary, which they were. I am assuming that instead of spending the time to decide exactly what tests should have been requested based on my specific case they chose to send a free for all and have them test for everything under the sun. I had request to have the break down of the bill sent to me (not easy) and then research what each test meant and understand the codes. I won't go into too much detail on my finding except to say that 90% of the tests should not have been done and some were billed/coded to be redundant resulting in excess charges. While I find the billing practices of the lab (Phase 2 Labs) unethical, I also hold Physicians Urgent Care responsible for lack of disclosure and overall careless in their testing practices. My advice is to take the time to ask more thorough questions when they offer to send any testing off to the labs. Mainly what exactly are the tests and why they are suggesting them. Maybe that will give them pause to think that maybe each test that their patients will be charged for should be applicable to the person.

Instead, the doctor's office coded the visit as "establishing care," resulting in my insurance only covering half of the cost. At no point did anyone in the office explain that this change in coding would lead to additional charges. When I checked in, the receptionist even took my credit card information and assured me it would not be charged since the visit should be covered. Later, I received a surprise bill anyway. When I called their billing support team for clarification, they offered no help and made no effort to resolve the issue. This lack of transparency and accountability -- from the front desk to billing -- left me feeling misled and frustrated. Patients deserve clear communication about costs and honest assistance when problems arise, but this office failed on both fronts.
