Having a place that closes at 8 was pretty handy for me. There is plenty of parking available. The staff was friendly but somewhat slow. There was only one girl working the register and one guy packing in the back. By the time the register gal got done with my order, there was at least 7-8 people in line. My order took longer than expected to be processed and the price def seemed a little too high but I needed to return some books so I had to pay extra for them to get delivered to WA faster. Overall, I may use the store again for future shipping. They also have mail boxes for rent although I am not sure what the fees are for that.

When confronted with their own pricing policy the owner just hid behind the "prices May change without notice" clause. We know customers are entitled to lowest advertised price and this price was within the store facing the customers. Online prices also were the same. There is no mention of weight being a factor as of 6/12/2023 anywhere on the price list and staff and the owner failed to prove that weight is a factor in the pricing model. I did pay for my package as it was a three dollar difference and was not going to leave my expensive order with them but I will not renew my subscription with this company. Given the date and uniqueness of the situation I'm sure the staff will know who i am but will not post my picture evidence so as to not immediately confirm my identity.
