Hi, I'm Heather After many years of working for the large dealerships I was diagnosed with cancer and had to take a short leave. When I come back it seemed so much had changed and the company started focusing on corporate process. At first that seemed fine but then I started noticing things. The personal connection was being lost, employees become just a number and they forgot why we were even there. That is what lead me to opening my own dealership. I love my customers and the people who work for me. I want all my customers to have a wonderful buying experience with no hassle no headache; to be happy to buy from me again and again.
