I dont think it would have cost me anything if it had not been for the receptionist. Their fault, their word, no charge means just that, especially when I had already spent close to $3000 already and there was absolutely no leak prior AND TO THIS DAY IT STILL LEAKS. I love the mechanics but do not like his receptionist. She on the other hand is very rude. As to be expected, he went up in prices like all do, but if I want to pay dealership prices, I will go to a dealership. He was much better when he didnt have a receptionist...My business has been going elsewhere. When she is gone, I will consider returning. My opinion. The car was returned scratched, missing floor mats, with mismatched interior trim, stains on the headliner, and the windshield still leaking--the issue that likely caused the original problem was never diagnosed. Insurance paid them for the work, but the vehicle came back in worse condition than when it went in.
